Worst room i have booked ever stayed no proper staff no fan no TV ac not chilling I recommend don’t just around people as we are paying for hotel not for free you shows different photos and they give us another rooms pathetic experience never

Cozy and comfortable room. Ample light. Good food. Everything was great especially the location. Little bit improvement needed on clean bedsheets and room.

I was not happy with the room as there was TV but not working.Even the WiFi was not working which created a problem for me as I was on a office trip work related. I couldn't use my laptop for office meeting and work because of no internet..They have shown all this facilities as available . but not provided to us when we actually go there to stay.Its waste on money.

the rooms are ok, but there is an intolerant smell of cigarettes inside the room. The staff was good on the reception but at night there was strange noise coming from the corridor

rooms need to be clean. l was locked out full night and all my things were inside...staff gave me another room but I had no clothes to change. next day before checking out they manage to open the lock, but it was too late. very bad experience I had in this hotel.

Everything is good, but toiletries and hot water / geyser is not provided. Kettle is not provided. No one is there when i checked out

I recently stayed at Motel La Grandeur in Goa for official work, booking through MakeMyTrip. My experience was just okay. The rooms were average and didn't quite match up to the expectations. One major letdown was the absence of a kitchen in the hotel. On the booking page, it mentioned a swimming pool, but unfortunately, it was not accessible due to ongoing work. The welcome amenities didn't include mineral water, and when I ordered, I was charged Rs. 10 extra on MRP for a 1-litre bottle. However, the hotel staff did show some flexibility with the check-in time. I arrived around 9 a.m., and despite the official check-in time being 11 a.m., they allowed me to check in early. Overall, while there were some positives, the room quality and amenities didn't quite live up to the promise. Maybe the hotel can work on these aspects to improve the guest experience.

I found this property on make my trip ,food is very tasteless,and hotel is very dirty don’t come here and this is very far from the beaches

The check in was very smooth and the behaviour of staff was also very good I would definitely recommend this hotel

Poor hygiene very old property, room sticks and washroom are terrible. It has parking only for two cars.

Stay was good however we face the problem of hot water for bath in morning. There should be bath stool in bathroom for old people
