it was very nice experience here, staffs are very polite and the food is just beyond expectations still I remembered the taste of fish, all type food are available here

Hotel was good but not like 4 star what MMT showing while booking..Food was decent and staffs were also good..Too loud music sound and colorful lights around swimming pool..Swimming pool was also very small..

I stayed at Pride Biznotel Canopus, Digha from 7th to 9th June and had a comfortable and enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is well-located in New Digha, close to the beach, and offers spacious, clean, and well-equipped rooms with modern amenities like a smart TV, electric kettle, mini fridge, and efficient air conditioning. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with necessary toiletries. The food was a major highlight — the buffet breakfast had a good variety with quality items, and the à la carte dinner was delicious, especially the seafood platter and Bengali thali. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive. The hotel also features a clean swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, ample parking, and responsive room service. While the lift service was occasionally slow and some staff at the front desk appeared a bit inexperienced during peak hours, these were minor issues in an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, Pride Biznotel Canopus delivers a relaxing and satisfying experience with great food, good service, and a range of amenities, making it a solid choice for both families and couples visiting Digha.

Everything was great from the grand look of the hotel with all upgraded luxuries to the efficiency & behaviour of the hotel staff. A short stay felt too little. We plan to book again for a much longer stay & maybe bring some of our family as well.......Awesome experience. Overall it was equivalent to hotels abroad like the ones in Thailand etc.

It's a nice stay at the hotel. Ambience was good. Food quality was good. Over all a nice experience.

Electricity was not not there only fan was working bed sheet was dirty not able to sleep on it very poor service

Room is clean. Floors are clean. Foods are good but ckn and mutton pieces are below average. Swimming pools water conditions are very unhygienic and polluted. For this pool there was an person who forcefully selling pool pant for 150/-. and t-shirts as well. So we are forced to buy and rent this. And then we see the dirty pool water. There was a incident happened at the same time that a group of 5 young boy wearing cotton pant and T-shirt was allow by the same person for pool. And they are taken gutka in their mouth in the pool. But no one interrupted them. At the place of swimming area they are selling alchohal and hokkah openly. As I think that they has not any liquor license. And last thing I got the room at the exact back side of the building opposite of staff room.
