Location wise good, quad room was really good with pool view. Food taste was decent. Only thing i dislike was forcefully asking for tip even for cleaning.

Hotel was good.Rooms were near and clean. The pool water was too cold and I doubt whether it is changed on regular basis. Food was very tasty but there was always some miscommunication in the kitchen as orders were delayed and after repeating twice or thrice the full order was available in the room. But again repeating food was very tasty..

Hotel staff are of rude behaviour, specially Guard and care takers who were on night shift on 19-20th night. We recently booked 2 executive rooms and 1 deluxe room for the family (2 days). Due to early check in we contacted the property reception numerous times, but received no response on call. after reaching also we requested them to provide at least one room to accommodate. but they denied and just told that " your check in time is after 10:30 , so keeping your luggage, please leave and come back during your check in time, we cannot provide any room." We had 6 members with 4 children. Complimentary breakfast was with limited items. The hotel is located in an ideal location and could be better.

Good for staying in a peaceful area. There were few foreigners as well. Not much distant from beach. You can reach the beach by walking distance. Food was really good as well. But some could be better.

Very good experience. Staffs behaviour are very ambient and polite. Room service is very delightful. Food is also pocket friendly.

Poor Stay

I have booked twin bed in club suite room. But i recieved single bed. It was not comfortable for 2 person. Bad odour from the washroom and no ventilator in the bathroom. The staffs in the reception was rude. It was a terrible experience.

Dear Guest, Namaskar! Thank you for your review. Firstly, as per booking voucher you had booked “Family Suite” room not “Club Suite” Room which contains 02 King Bed & 01 Single bed (bed style is already informed in MMT website) for 05 persons but unfortunately you have said there is only a single bed. As you had stayed in Room No. 410 (Family Suite) which contains 02 King Bed & 01 Single Bed but as per your review there is only a single bed, we are requesting you to re-visit our hotel & re-check the bed style (as per mentioned in MMT website) if found we are wrong & you are correct we are going to refund the whole amount that you had paid to MMT for the said booking. Secondly, you have written as there is no ventilator in washroom but there is already an exhaust fan attached there with. Thirdly, asking for ID card at the time of check-in is equivalent to rude behavior for you, we are doing this (asking for ID) with every one coming to stay in our hotel. At that very day we had received your ID more than 2 hrs. later after check-in via whatsapp. Thanks and Regards, Manager
