The Sana Beach

Room 106 was big with triple bed... But no mini fridge... No kettle... No tea coffee set up.... Yet they have complimentary morning tea coffee from 7am....room service is good.. Too many persons asking for tips during check out... Management note it.... Arranged dj music on Saturday... Alas boarders were too lazy.. Breakfast buffet ok for bengal standard..... Finally look for better place.... Else this has best resort ambience in mandarmoni

Property location and in general the property was good. However, nearby many other resorts are far better in terms of the proximity to ocean, places to hang out etc. This is not at all a value for the money, a cottage rent was too high compare to what it provides. Even some basic amenities like room kettles, fridger etc. are missing. Overall what stands out is an and very very bad service. Not recommended, look out,

The location was on the beach, but the room did not have a sea view, as mentioned in the room description. Not considering the peek-a-boo view of the sea. The service was not good at all…. The service staff was hard to find.

Nice stay, cozy room. Food delicious. Cottage stay was awesome. Multicuisine restaurant offers Chinese, North Indian, Bengali items. Restaurant cost was affordable. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staffs are very helpful.

Room was not up to the mark, room service was not good, I stayed in this resort previously.. it used to maintain good standards but this time it did not meet the expectation

very bad experience,unhygeinic place,foul smelling blanket,way too loud music,beach area is very dirty , tooo expensive (not worthy), dirty swiming pool. far away from main mandarmani beach .

Sana Beach Reaort, Mandarmoni, this is our 2nd visit to the property. We had visited the property 6-7 years ago. This is time, when we visited found the same green environment which cheer your heart. But when we enterd our "Premium Double Room", booked through MMT shattered my all expectation. We are alloted at Room No-206 which no way look premium. The room equiped with old furniture and fittings. Air conditioned is old enough to cool the room within 30 minutes. Moreover it draw feared that it may fall anytime considering the situation of the same. Bathroom shower noob/liver is so old that, when you pulled it, it comes to your hand. Somehow, we further fix it and start to use. The room comes with a small balcony where outlet of air condition have been installed and naked wire was swinging at the small balcony which could touch your body anymoment. They provided a TV, which alloted some channels. They did not provide tea, coffee making facility at room to the so called " Premium Double Room". When we checked in to the room and tried to communicate the bad condition of AC, Bathroom and TV facility, none picked up the phone at reception after dialing 6-7 times, thus we had to adjust at the room. Room service was so pathetic that make us wait for at least 1 hour from the schedule time to deliver. Food was good served at the resort. Lastly, paid for two night with the above mentioned miserable experiences is seems very costly. I am the regular customer of MMT and urge that you people also should take care of the interest of the guests, so that we did not feel cheated after having such experience. Thank you.

My family had a beautiful stay here.. Staffs are well cooperative.. Foods are yummy... Location is awesome and the resort itself is beautiful with lots of space inside to explore and roam around. Excellent location and a vast expanse of property. Room rates are a bit on the higher side if you look at the size and condition. Dj and live band arrangement was bang on. they really made a wonderful scenery with amazing trees and plants and that is what I liked the most as well as services. Everyone was polite and helpful in the end I am thanking Sana beach resort for my comfortable stay.

there was sufficient numbers of staff the infrastructure was terrible. buffet was out of supply midway and no reloading of atleast two three items. water suddenly went off and the connection was not restored at the time of checkout. we were delayed by one hour and we had to arrange for buckets of water on our own to get ready. pool water was filthy. sana Beach resort will loose it's charm if it runs that way. we are a frequent visitor and all the staffs are as cordial and helpful as the were since our very first day at sana Beach, years ago. but I think it's the management responsible for such terrible things. cost cutting or what else could be the reason I couldn't understand

hotel amenities are much below expectation. Not even tea kettle was available at room. Room was average and not well cleaned. Good part of stay was bed was large which can accommodate 3 adults. Natural beauty was there which we enjoyed. Overall experience was ok. Expectation was much higher as we had paid 18K for two nights.

My experience was great in The Sana beach , they really made a wonderful scenery with amazing trees and plants and that is what I liked the most as well as services. Everyone was polite and helpful in the end I am thanking Sana beach resort for my comfortable stay.

Stayed for a night at this property. I had a booking for Premium Classic Cottage. Unfortunately, it was nowhere near any premium standard. The room was so small that I could not even fit in my luggage, which was just one suitcase. Room upkeep was just like any roadside lodge, with dirty curtains on the window. The most surprising aspect was that even the window facing the garden/road did not have any one-way vinyl for privacy. There was no provision of tea/coffee in the room and to add to this, the hotel does not serve till 7:30/8 AM, so if you are an early riser and need a cup of tea or coffee in the morning, just forget it. They provide local water (no branded packaged water) at a premium price—take it or leave it. You can't have any guests in your room, as it is so small that even for double occupancy it may be suffocating. The toilets are not maintained properly. Overall, this property is fit to be a lodge and is definitely not worth ₹6800 per night.

The services on a suite room paying rs15k/night is like same on a executive room paying rs5k/night. On asking drinking water today morning asked to call the restaurant to order as it's a check out day. The approach currently i am seeing in hotel services is deteriorating. Anyone pays 15k/night can get a 5star hotel other location and my experience at your hotel on my 3rd visit is not good as neither in terms of buffet or hotel experience at this price point. Anyway it's a interesting experience.

Property is good but what i feel the major problem is rooms are not at all maintained they are charging for room is around 5000 plus and they are providing local brand water in room as complimentary and when you ask for more bottle they are give branded from restaurant and charging 50 as i traveled many places those hotel charging this amount for room they provide at-least 6 bottle for 2 person
