Nice & Comfortable Stay

Location - Property is nicely located and sea beach is just 2-3m walking distance. However the connecting road to property has too much water logging and is in very poor condition. I would rate location as 4/5. Rooms - Rooms were great very comfortable, nice pool view , big king size bed most amazing was the size of rooms it was excellent. So 5/5 for rooms Cleanliness - Rooms and the whole resort is very well maintained and very nice and clean. Rooms were also nice and clean. So for Cleanliness 5/5 Food - Food quality and quantity both are nice so full marks for that. 5/5 Staff - Staff behaviour was very nice the Girl at the reception was very gentle and polite and even the people at Restaurant were extremely nice. So 5/5 for that. Overall I will undoubtedly say that it one of the finest properties in Mandarmani with swimming pool, liquor stall and all modern amenities its a must recommend property for nice and peaceful stay at Mandarmani.

Terrible Experience — Unhygienic and Poor Service

I stayed for two nights and had one of the most disappointing experiences. The bathroom was unhygienic and the bathtub had visible stains ,clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The so-called complimentary buffet breakfast was another letdown — food was cold, stale, and the staff seemed reluctant to serve basic items, as if guests were asking for too much. To make matters worse, both the waiters and even the security guard at the gate demanded tips — almost forcefully — despite such poor service. Definitely not what you expect when you’re paying for a decent stay. Would not recommend this property to anyone unless they seriously improve hygiene, food quality, and staff behavior.

The perfect leisure destination... RATH INN

Perfect location for family outing. Location is very good, just 30 SEC walk to the sea shore. The resort is an ultimate family destination. Specially the villas, the pool and the water play area. Both my kids enjoyed to the fullest. It's good that the pool area is cleaned almost everyday... Staff are very cooperative & responsive and attend any request on time. The pool side Bar is an another nice attraction... An ultimate family destination... Highly recommend to visit The Rath Inns

The hotel was very dirty. Outside lot of garbage. Will never choose this resort in future. The breakfast served which was included with our room did not have any taste.Night food at restaurant was good. The tea served as high tea was not high tea in any manner just tea with pathetic biscuit

First beach resort experience

The hotel was good, the staff was professional and courteous. The rooms are big and clean with all amenities as listed, however some of the electric sockets are not working or are placed poorly.. The thing I liked about the property is that the distance from the beach which was mentioned in the description was 100% accurate. Also they have small water slides which can be used by all ages, it was the main attraction that helped me in choosing Rath Inn. I took a room with breakfast and a bath tub. The breakfast was good with a good menu

This was the second time we have visited the hotel. My wife and I have planned a birthday celebration for my son. The hotel staff has arranged everything perfectly. Birthday food suggestions and arrangement done by restaurant staff. I always recommend the hotel. The food is delicious. The hotel staff, restaurant staff and chief everyone is helpful and made the stay memorable. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The access road to the resort is terrible—there’s no proper road, and we even saw snakes on the way in broad daylight, which felt unsafe. Although the beach is just a 5-minute walk, the overall experience was disappointing. The rooms are poorly maintained, the bed linens were not clean, and cleanliness in general needs a lot of improvement. Definitely not worth staying here unless major upgrades are made.
