Property is good with swimming pool, garden, play area and gym. Sea side seating area is nice to hang out. Staffs are helpful too. But maintenance of hotel needs to be better.

About the property I must say that it was clean and the food was great. They need to improve their services, like they need to be more cooperative to eachother. If they could have walkie talkie they can easily take orders and pass it to the restaurant. The cafe and restaurant both are like independent. For ordering they only have telephone in rooms. Better to order to a staff and he can just pass the order through the walkie talkie just like sher bengal resort.

Location is too good. Food and food quality require more better. Amenities also good. Service also good. Stuff behaviour is very polite..

Our stay was excellent. Location, service, food everything is phenomenal. I was recommended the place by a friend and I will recommend it to others also. Very nice place.

It is good property will all facility. It is one of the cheapest stay among other resorts with similar facilities. There was no place for complaining, being it staff behavior or food quality. It will be a definite option if we visit again at mandarmoni. Only problem is, this resort is very near to mohona, people from that locality are mostly associated with fishing, and you will find a stable fishy smell in the air once you step outside your room.

My stay with family was moderately good overall except a few points for improvement as : 1) improvement of water evacuation/drainage facilities for flush-out of accumulated water due to water logging caused by moderate rains in the monsoon on the inside roads of the resort. Boarders were forced to walk through the flooded roads on 16th aug'24 morning. 2) rooms should be properly checked by the housekeeping supervisor staffs post check-out of previous occupant and pure check-in of next occupancy. Wash-basin water tap fitting in the bathroom/toilet in one room (room no-303) was out of order since very beginning of check-in on 15th aug'24 which got rectified on 16th aug'24 night around 11 pm after repeated reminder. 3) main switch of bathroom geyser couldn't be traced anywhere inside the room, hence couldn't get hot water during our entire stay (15th - 18th aug'24) ! in a hurry, forgot to ask the same from the housekeeping. During check-out only when asked, could come to know that the main switch of bathroom geyser is located outside the boarding room due to security reasons ! boarders must be informed of the same during check-in without fail and the geyser must be put into operation by the hotel staff during check-in and shown to the boarder. 4) breakfast menu is very boring without much variation day-to-day, which should be seriously looked into by the management. Food quality and freshness of raw materials used in preparation of items should also be put under regular compulsory vigilance (bhetki fish served on the very first day lunch was of poor quality, it was rather smelling and tasting odd - a huge setback during first meal on the very starting day of the visit. Besides the above issues, our stay was good at anutri resort. Hope to get a better experience during our next visit. Actually, in a moderately high price category hotel/resort like anutri, the best experience is always expected. With a spend of a good amount during the vacation time of 15thaug'24, expectation was reasonably higher.

The room was not good with respect to the cost. The bathroom sawar did not function. The corridor area did not clean properly and the behaviour of the staff is good. I would not recommend any one to go anutri beach resort.

When we arrived at the resort on jun e 7th for check-in, there was a lot of confusion because our rooms were allocated in different wings: one quadruple room in the north wing and the other in the south. I requested the resort manager to accommodate us in the same block since we had four kids under five years old with us. the stay was pleasant, and the food was good.

Food not up-to the mark. Service poor. Beach side entrance is closed often. Too costly food. Breakfast poor

The room was really spacious and clean. We stayed in an Emerald Quadruple Room. The stay was amazing right from the Welcome drink till the Check-out - Swimming Pool, Proximity to the beach, Food quality, Environment.. everything was amazing. Although, I'd suggest the Resort owners to replace the Shower Head and Health Faucet especially in our room - 209.

All staffs are well maintained and trained, behavior supporting just like wow. Food veg and non veg are totally awesome. Room and swimming pool purely clean.

The property was spacious, however, the room didn't match expectations, the common pool was not cleaned properly. Overall maintenance of the outdoor part is good, but the gym and game zone are left utterly neglected. Carrom boards and table tennis set up are kept as showpieces, and in dismal conditions. Not worthy for spending a real gametime. However, the proximity to the beach and serene ambience are nice things for staying here. The restaurant has good, tasty foods and varieties available. Buffet breakfast is tasty. The staffs are courteous. Average with respect to value for money.

Exceptionally good resort. Fantastic service, also had two swimming pools, one of the memorable for private bookings too, alongside gymnasium, indoor games, in house restaurant and seaside seating and service facilities. The best part of the resort is the attached beach.

Stayed in pearl room, 215 and 216 with family and a kid of 6 yrs. Rooms were fine. But bed was small in comparison to other hotels of same category. Food was good and reasonable. Prawns were fresh.

Affordable, clean family hotel. Pets are allowed around. Rooms are okay with all required amenities. Bang on the beach. This was my 3rd stay.

We arrived just after 1 pm on friday 15th seep 2023 and were allocated to a sapphire room. The ac was not working and after trying for some time, we were allotted another slightly larger sapphire room later in the evening. This was done by the hotel themselves and we did not have to ask for this change, which goes to their credit. Thereafter, everything was smooth and we did not have any further issues.

Customer handling behaviour is too good. Staying in anutri was a good experience because of the cleanliness of the room. Food is also good.
