Hotel Rupkatha

Staying near the beach is a good experience, also the welcome was good. But the food taste was not up to the mark, also costly.

The stay was good. The hotel was directly on the beach, and the food there was simply delicious, we had a nice stay at rupkatha and would recommend our friends and family the same. Mandarmani is a beautiful place and staying here just doubles the experience. Although it was quite far from the main beach, but transport was easily available.

The Stay is good. The staff's behaviour is good. Location is also good. Food quality is ok. Not so many options, same menu everyday. One thing which I didn't feel right is the food cost. They were unreasonable and fairly over priced. Beside the food they are charging 30/- for 1 ltr water bottle and 40/- for 2 ltr but the 2 ltr option was not available. So you have to pay 60/- for two 1 ltr bottle. We go there to spend but the spending shouldn't be unreasonable like this.

The rooms are very good and clean. Staffs are also cordial.. I especially loved every food item. Highly recommended for family trip..

Hotel is good and clean..but ac is not working here... I have to ask them to change my room

Everything was excellent including the staffs, service and quality of food. Only problem was the location as it was a bit far from the main market.

The ambience is fantastic. But the service level is too poor. They keep on missing items in your order. I stayed for a day, but in every meal they missed something. The lunch was served cold. They forgot items in lunch. They plates were short in dinner. They forgot onion salad in dinner and did not provide the same, later i had to adjust in final payment. The fan in room no 106 makes terrible sound. Water drops from ac. I have given 3 /5 only because of the swimming pool ambience. I was lucky to get a fantastic weather. Having a peg of whiskey sitting by the pool while it is raining cats and dogs in dooars is a rare sight. But they do cook well. No issues with food taste and quality.

Rooms are good, but service is pathetic. No swimming pool. A very small hotel with very less space and crowd was also very cheap. Food was good.

The location is in a secluded place, farthest end of mandarmani. This area is getting newly developed and many new resorts and hotels are coming up in the surroundings. The hotel is a new one, 2 years old and directly has a sea facing boundary. The beach is directly accessible through the hotel and gives a very nice view. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is family friendly. The hotel staff are polite and caring. Overall it was a good experience.

We had amazing experiences at hotel rupkatha. It has a private beach which is very clean and free from noisy crowd. The food is excellent and reasonably priced considering the quality. Above all, the service, behaviour and hospitality of the staffs are unforgettable! we are extremely happy and satisfied with our stay at rupkatha!

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach, very close to the beach. The hotels are beautiful, Barun is not too special, the interiors are a sight to behold. In addition, hotel-side amenities, such as the use of work support, are common. Well-furnished and charming canteen, wonderful food, mind-blowing service. All in one show. More growth. Our subsequent stay at Mandarmani is Hotel Purokatha.

Very nice stay. Stuffs are very polite and helpful. Adjacent to sea beach. Sea view room. Food quality is also good.

Overall experience is good. The sea beach is very near to the hotel. Even in time of tide sea is kissing its boundary wall. The roads are not good to reach from choulkhola to there. Staff behavior is good. The food is quite costly there.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Reached there at late night, and as we were late, their manager was polite enough to ask me whether i'll have dinner there or not and they sent us the menu. We ordered from there and when we reached hotel our food was kept in our room. I highly recommend this hotel.
