Luxury Amar Tree Resort

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. However there were certain issues with respect to the room that we stayed in ie 204. The maindoor was difficult to close and was jammed. The wardrobe door was faulty and almost came off the hinges. The Luxury Amar Tree Resort did not accomodate our request to allow occupancy of the room one hour beyond the expected check out time of 1100h, despite so many rooms lying vacant in the property and even as we waited in the lobby there was no urgency to get the room ready for any incoming guests. There is no spa or gym in the Luxury Amar Tree Resort. While checking in the Luxury Amar Tree Resort staff did not inform us of any requirement to obtain out pass while moving out of the property, however when we were moving out for a short day trip to Tajpur, the security staff insisted on the same and created some unnecessary inconvenience and delay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Luxury Banyan Tree, a beautiful beachside Luxury Amar Tree Resort, on 16 June. My accommodation was in one of their premium rooms, offering an exceptional level of comfort and luxury. The service quality was excellent, with the staff displaying professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay. One of my favourite features was the stunning poolside area, which provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene beach views. Overall, my experience at Luxury Banyan Tree was memorable and delightful. I truly appreciated the combination of top-notch service and beautiful surroundings.

The package with food is overpriced and the hidden print is that if you choose a food package, you will need to select from a pre-planned menu. The food quantity is a serious amount and that means there is a lot of food that goes to waste considering you can't share with your package. However, the staff is nice and considerate and will make a few adjustments for you. Overall, the resort without the staff is not really worth it for the price that you pay.

Location wise this resort is awesome with the private beach adding to the charm. We lived in the royal suit tent right in front of the beach and the tent was overall fantastic. The only let down at Amar tree resort is the food quality and housekeeping. The food is well below par. The housekeeping services were also not upto the mark. The overall experience was very nice and I sincerely hope they maintain this resort properly in future.

property is well maintained. Food quality is top notch especially sea foods. But you should maintain swimming pool rules strictly. I saw some people were smoking in side pool, which is a no-smoking zone. All the stuffs are well mannered . Hope to be there once again.

I loved the ambience and property. Staff was good, food was good overall me and my husband had a wonderful time at the resort. The only complaint I have is when I booked the property, I booked swimming pool view but all I could see was a pond. That’s it. Overall great

One of the best resorts in Mandarmoni. Great food, great views with amazing service . Highly recommend this place.

The resort is beautiful . Huge area , private beach , huge pool and decent food . Definitely one of the best in Mandarmani .

The stay was quite luxury . The only thing that needs to be improved is the service .

Rooms are good, food was above average but bengali food was not that tasty. Nice swimming pool. Nice seating arrangement in front of the sea.

property is very good.beautiful location a and surroundings,rooms are standard.does not have a Bar.evening time there is nothing to do .they do not even have a sitting area for tourists.you have to spend time in your room

Found this on make my trip. Very well located resort, nice ambiance, good staffs, we had gone for a family outing. Perfect place if you want to enjoy sea food, private sea beach. This resort also has swimming pool with DJ music in the evening.

Its a huge and very well maintained property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This Luxury Amar Tree Resort is ideal for people travelling with their pets. Even the Luxury Amar Tree Resort rooms are premium as per Mondarmoni standards.

All good with excellent service . Just the amenities in bathroom and room could have been better . 4/5 Rating

The property was super awesome. The rooms were big and beautiful. The view was 10/10. Limited food options. But good food. Sea food was a bit stale. Rest amazing
