Property is great and well main. Overall Staff behavior is good and helpful. Service Staff is excellent, came to repair my room geyser at 11 pm in the night. Restaurant food pricing is moderate and at par with modern city rates. Recommend for a weekend family trip

I had an exceptional experience during my stay at Amar Tree Luxury Resort. Although I had accidentally booked my stay for the wrong date, the hotel staff and management were extremely helpful and polite. Despite my booking being non-refundable, they kindly assisted me in adjusting the dates without any hassle. Their support made a huge difference and truly impressed me. The resort feels like a luxurious 4-star destination. The location is absolutely beautiful — I could enjoy a stunning sea view both from my room balcony and the swimming pool area. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff deserve special mention for being incredibly polite, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. I highly recommend Amar Tree Luxury Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and memorable getaway. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable!

Everything is wonderful

The stay was good, the property had well maintained lawn and the best part was the side walk next to the beach where guest can stand or sit down and watch the beautiful sea. However, the rooms are well designed but the maintenance needs improvement, specially for bathroom. One suggestion to the management would be to get their cleaning staff be trained by Hotel Management Institute. A big plus for the hotel is they are pet friendly and staffs are polite and helpful. Special mention to the chef, the food at the restaurant is very tasty.

We recently stayed at this resort and had a mixed experience. The Good: The atmosphere was great—calm, clean, and perfect for a family trip. Food was delicious with good variety and taste. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach which was a big plus for us. The Not-So-Good: The washroom had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, which affected the overall comfort. There were frequent power cuts, and although backup came on, it disrupted the experience. We had to call twice to get basic amenities like slippers, which was inconvenient. The resort had too many rules and restrictions, making the stay feel a bit controlled rather than relaxing. Overall, the resort has potential but needs improvement in service and maintenance to truly offer a comfortable and carefree experience.

Have great ambiance, private beach, pool, club. Housekeeping service is good. Need to improve the food taste.

The property was really badly kept. The bathrooms were stinky and full of fungus. They had no elevator for rooms on 2nd floor and did not eleven mention that detail on their site. Infact, I had my father with me, who was a senior citizen and they still did not bother to inform or mention that while booking rooms in their property. Food was bad and they had made several mistakes in creating receipts for the food bill. Infact, twice during my stay, they put false claims to charge food amounts, for example, my package included buffet breakfast but while checking out they gave me a bill for breakfast, and withdrew the bill only after I complained. Another major setback was, there were so mucb mis management. We had placed an order for mineral water bottles but they delivered us RO filled bottles. My weekend trip with family was totally ruined because of this ill-managed property. I had only booked this based on MMT rating but it turned out to be a disaster.

property is well maintained. Food quality is top notch especially sea foods. But you should maintain swimming pool rules strictly. I saw some people were smoking in side pool, which is a no-smoking zone. All the stuffs are well mannered . Hope to be there once again.

It was ok, not very satisfied with the service. Few of times I have asked for things as those important things were missing from the room. Food was reasonable but taste was missing. Considering the price it could have been better.

Found this on make my trip. Very well located resort, nice ambiance, good staffs, we had gone for a family outing. Perfect place if you want to enjoy sea food, private sea beach. This resort also has swimming pool with DJ music in the evening.

The property is really good and well maintained. However the rooms are equally not maintained, a lot of patches, food stains. Certainly you can not expect this type of room in terms of the cost they charged. Food prices are too high.

Location wise this resort is awesome with the private beach adding to the charm. We lived in the royal suit tent right in front of the beach and the tent was overall fantastic. The only let down at Amar tree resort is the food quality and housekeeping. The food is well below par. The housekeeping services were also not upto the mark. The overall experience was very nice and I sincerely hope they maintain this resort properly in future.

Its a huge and very well maintained property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This hotel is ideal for people travelling with their pets. Even the hotel rooms are premium as per Mondarmoni standards.

One of the best resorts in Mandarmoni. Great food, great views with amazing service . Highly recommend this place.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. However there were certain issues with respect to the room that we stayed in ie 204. The maindoor was difficult to close and was jammed. The wardrobe door was faulty and almost came off the hinges. The hotel did not accomodate our request to allow occupancy of the room one hour beyond the expected check out time of 1100h, despite so many rooms lying vacant in the property and even as we waited in the lobby there was no urgency to get the room ready for any incoming guests. There is no spa or gym in the hotel. While checking in the hotel staff did not inform us of any requirement to obtain out pass while moving out of the property, however when we were moving out for a short day trip to Tajpur, the security staff insisted on the same and created some unnecessary inconvenience and delay.

property is very good.beautiful location a and surroundings,rooms are standard.does not have a Bar.evening time there is nothing to do .they do not even have a sitting area for tourists.you have to spend time in your room
