Very nice and well maintained property. Good for both friends, family and bachelors. Their service is very nice. The food they serve in the restaurants and for breakfast are good for the body (not very spicy/oily) yet maintaining the taste consistently.

The property's location was good.!! The place was nice, well maintained, and the staffs were decent.!! The beach had a private entry and the distance of the beach from the resort was around 100 MTRS. We had a pleasant stay and the most important thing was the food quality and taste was excellent.!!

The property was very nice. I really enjoyed my stay and so did my family. We had taken two pets along with us and the pets also really enjoyed a lot. The only thing that you know I would suggest that the hotel can improve his if we can take the pet along with us in the restaurant because otherwise you know there was some issues that we could not eat lunch or dinner together in the restaurant because we had to stay back one or two people along with the pets in the room and you know room service was getting the food other than that. The hotel was really very nice and very special. Very neat and clean rooms were good. All the facilities were really nice so I would give 4 out of 5 for this hotel.

Property location is good, can enjoy the sea shore and view from the resort. Food and services were awesome. We took 2 rooms, and out of these one room needed maintenance. One more thing addressed here, that we did not enjoyed music near to the swimming pool as they have not played it. We are searching for the staff to play but unfortunately missed this services.

Terrible Stay

The image shown by the Makemytrip on the web didn't matched with the room allocated at the Hotel. Hotel insisted that they have given the same room. Makemytrip supervisor also echoed what Hotel has to say without taking responsibility of posting wrong image. So, I feel cheated with the behaviour of Mr. Anirudh Singh Burman and Makemytrip. Secondly, the price charged for the room was almost 1.5 times the actual cost of room as confirmed by Hotel. I was asked to submit proof by sending images of the room and after sending the images also there was no respite. Hotel helped me by giving a lower category room but with better view. Makemytrip charged higher and behaved unprofessionally and misled me .

It was a good experience. The room was little small, but good. The Bengali food was great. It was clean and well maintained.

The hotel is not giving us a tax invoice, which is making it difficult for us to claim.hotel is clean and well maintained,staff behaviour ok.
