Overall Experience at Sweet Dreams Beach Resort

Stay at the resort was amazing. Rooms washrooms are clean and well maintained. Swimming pool was clean. Only shortcoming was the food. While the lunch was good, for the dinner the rotis were stale. Please improve on the food quality. Also was denied 5% off on f&b saying its valid above 1000, not an issue but food quality needs to be improved.

I had an amazing stay at sweet dream beach resort! the location is absolutely stunning, right by the beach with breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was extremely courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit every palate. The resort also had plenty of activities to keep us entertained, from water sports to relaxing spa treatments. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and i would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious beachside vacation.

familyI had a frustrating experience with the room allocation at this hotel. Despite being told that all first-floor rooms were booked, we confirmed that this wasn’t true, as no new guests arrived during our stay. After much insistence, we only got 1 out of 3 rooms on the first floor. Additionally, I was charged ₹700 for my driver’s room, but the bill misleadingly listed it as "Other Services." On the bright side, the food and staff were excellent, and the location is just a few minutes from the sea, though there’s no sea view. For a better stay, consider a hotel closer to the beach.

First of all it is under construction property, where wifi was not working, intercom facilities was not available, even though if you call personally to the reception very cold response i must say. We called MMT executive and explained the issue related to basic services they are tried to convince us every-time we need to go to reception and complain. I explained that we are paying for stay include basis services as well what they mentioned under amenities and since they receive complain there manager atleast come and ask us the issue and solve at one go. But that was not happen every time we have to go to reception and ask. Un professional and discomfort was there.

I have travel-led yesterday experience is not good expensive food, dirty water of swimming pool, lazy support staffs and electricity problem, desserts unavailable (like rosugulas or other). There is no sweet things in sweet dreams. Name is unjustified with things. One more important things roads are in very bad condition around resorts.
