rooms are not updated, bathroom fittings are not working properly,and the main door lock needs to change or repair.house keeping staff were polite. i am a regular visitor but this time i am not satisfied.

The staff's behaviour and food was good. Swimming pool dress rent is very expensive and unjustified.

Our experience is not so good. We booked a superior room with balcony but 1st they give us a room without balcony. After complaning they changed and give us a room which chair was broken. Last they finally give us a room which AC has lot of issues. It has been disconnected repeatedly. It's balcony door lock also broken. It's a safety issue also. Overall our experience is very much poor

room is not spacious. toilet shower was not working and remained so for a long days. telephone connection was interrupted for a long days. maintenance is very bad.
