Review Title: Extremely Unprofessional Behavior by the Manager Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Our stay at Elegant Beach Resort & Spa could have been pleasant, but it was completely ruined by the unacceptable and rude behavior of the manager. As guests, we expected basic courtesy and respect — instead, we were met with arrogance and unprofessionalism. The way the manager spoke to us was disrespectful and completely out of line. A hotel’s reputation is built not just on its property or facilities, but on how it treats its guests. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was a clear reflection of poor training and lack of hospitality values. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the hotel management takes serious action. Such individuals should either be properly trained or removed from guest-facing roles. Conclusion: The location is nice, but as long as this kind of staff is running the property, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The cons of this property are: 1. There is no proper parking facilities available, everyone bringing the car or bike has to park their vehicle in a open field in the side of hotel and there is no security. 2. They will provide you only 2 500ML. mineral water bottles in room, and any further requirement of drinking water, you have to buy the same. 3. The place near the pool is not much dirty and clumsy, and non maintained. The pool is very small and the water is too much dirty ( I have attached the images). 4. The TV in the room is not working, we have complained so many times in the reception, but they had just avoided the issue and till the time of checkout, the TV had not worked. 5. In the next morning while serving the complimentary breakfast, they do not even provide spoons, bowls, they have simply asked to pour the hot curry in the plate, and eat. They will serve just 1 boiled egg to you, if you need more you have to buy. We have to ask multiple times for the spoons and bowls. The pros of the property are: 1. Very near to sea beach. 2. Pocket friendly. 3. Staffs are good. 4. Rooms and washroom are clean. 5. Foods are good(breakfast menu- Tea, Bread with butter and jam, puri, sabji as ghoogni, 1 boiled egg) 6. The main beach is just 1 kms away by toto or walking. The moral of the review is , I can say if this property is maintained by the housekeeping staffs better and if the buffet breakfast is managed well, then this property can be a very good for the tourists.

Room was good but the service was terrible.. Food not good!! We had to wait for hours after ordering food!

The amenities were good. The staffs were nice. The room was also good but the washroom needed some attention. The toilet was not clean and the shower head had some issues in its flow

Room was luxurious spacious with all modern amenities . Bt the maintenance is very poor, they r just least bothered about the problems we have informed them ,, there r lots of flies in the dining area and reception area,, pool was too dirty too use , lots of insects swimming here and there even the pool area is too dirty to sit or stand , there is a nasty smell in the bathroom and water is stagnant in the bathroom after informing them they did not do any thing to resolve the problem, but some staff are quite good and some are rude specifically the ‘munna’ named guy, too rude to talk, food is so so , little expensive ,, test ,quality and quantity is not worthy for the money they charged, property location is good and the property is good but lack of maintenance.. they do not even clean the dishes properly which they provided for tea or food , when we entered in the room a there is some stain of food in the bedsheets and the comforter, when we asked to change they changed that and given a comforter which was not even properly dried, the cup they given for tea there is food stains in all over outer part of the cup.. need to maintain the property very well and have to hire some skilled housekeeping for maintain cleanliness.

The features of the room are nice. The ambience of the hotel corridors and complexes are fantastic. Specifically every room is spacious, AC , Wi-Fi enabled. The bathroom and toilets are awesome to use. And the food items are good to serve. The hotel staff are polite, well mannered behaviour and provide room service timely.

Hotel is horrible, absolute mismanagement. They don’t have any proper timing, keeps you waiting more than an hour to get your food served even if you order 4-5 hours before. Rooms are very dirty with big cockroaches, no proper drainage in washrooms, no cleaning of room on daily basis. Moreover they provide a big sound box and don’t have any timing for playing loud music near pool where rooms are just beside. They allow people to drink, shout, scream, use of abusive language, simply they don’t care about guests and their families they are just looking for their income.

food quality good, excellent clean room and bathroom, balcony places fine, very nice location near sea beach, staff behaviour good.only one bad thing i.e. lift was under break down, asked hotel staff it had been out of service since long time, so that problem for old ages and minor sick people. 4

Property location is good. Food is expensive and taste is decent . But their management system is very bad ( khub bage) . 1st day we ate breakfast in the cafeteria. The Cafeteria is full of flies. So second day we took breakfast in the room. they didn’t provide Complementary soup and water.

For the price room is good, but a few of the amenities were missing like geyser, and the door lock was finicky at times. The proximity to the beach is good but is very near to the fish drying area so smell of rotting fish is present in the day time. The WiFi speed and the pool is great, view from the roof as well, and the elevator service is a bonus too. The food was okayish, slightly overpriced for the taste and options provided, breakfast buffet was good.
