The stay was decent overall. The direct sea-view room was a nice highlight and the housekeeping services were timely. The staff was polite and helpful throughout. However, the food quality could be improved and the property’s location was not very convenient to access. With a few upgrades, the overall experience can be much better

Terrible Stay

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The flush in the bathroom was not working, and in the morning, there was no water in any of the taps. The rooms don’t have intercoms, so we had to call their personal number, which was switched off in the morning. There was no one at the reception to report the water issue. The AC remote was also not working. Breakfast was only available after 9:00 AM, which was inconvenient. While the location of the property is good, the overall facilities were very poor.

There is a mentioned welcome drink but they dont serve that. Room not clean Wifi is not working waste of money hotel. They take extra cash too for same type of room i booked for so. Its very pethetic experience

Good new hotel but staff and management needs to learn how to manage guest

This is a new hotel which is placed just beside sea and beautifully decorated hence in terms of location it will get 5 out of 5. However the staff are not that hospitable rather like just doing their duties. Hotel's reception number and restaurant number has not been picked call multiple times. The food menu is limited but tastes very nice whatever the has. Pool is again nice and clean so really happy with it. But it is sad that they have not given 10% discount for food bill which was mentioned in the booking invoice from MakeMyTrip and said they don't give any discount. While asking the reason they said we need to connect with MMT team of any issues. This is really upsetting. Hence it's an overall Good stay but not excellent.

The property is good, rooms are neat n clean. 100 marks for cleanliness. In terms of location, the resort is just next to the Sea. you can enjoy the see view seating at your balcony or lying down on bed. its fabulous. Sea shore is accessible right from the boundary wall of the resort. well maintained swimming pool. But there are very less variety of food in the restaurant. If you want multi cuisine restaurant, go for different property. But, if you prefer so so indian spicy, and peaceful Sea access, definitely this is for you. Completely budget friendly property and a good and supportive staff

The location is a bit far from mandarmani main beach but near tajpur. But as a hotel it is very good. Rooms were spacious, clean and above all the service and hospitality was very good. Enjoyed a lot in swimming pool with very energetic background music.

Manager Krishna behaviour is good, but other manager behaviour is very bad, and swimming pool timing is not good.

Has good facility but service is poor. Behaviour of staff is good. Approach road to sea beach is very dirty,never cleaned. Complementary breakfast is with very very limited option. only puri,sabji and bread. Not justified being paid high price.

Service was very good. Do not expect too much item on breakfast: bread toast, egg, omlette, tea, puri sabji only. There is no exhausting fan in washroom so it was smelling but on calling room service even at 10pm they come and cleaned with phenoyl and spray. Smell was not fully out but it helped a lot. Hotel was near mohana so all the rides were 1 km far from hotel but according to price all was very good. I can think to stay here again. Food was not that much tasty. But its managable. Dal was not tasty. Kadai paneer was good. Crab was small. Overall all was good.

Food is also very nice, but could add more variety. The owner of the resort was there , and he was very courteous and enquired whether we were comfortable.
