Our stay was very comfortable.Buffet breakfast servicing needs improvement.Staff was lazy and items served were mostly cold.

location is great. rooms have enough space with all amenities. we had breakfast, lunch & dinner at the restaurant and quality of food & services both were very good. staffs are professional and very good at their services. the rooms needs regular maintenance like ac, shower and doors performance.

very good property only problem is the service was a bit slow else everything was good. location was also good.

overall good experience however house cleaning needs to be on time and broken balcony doors which created a little bit of security issue.

Cygnett Inn is well located although you cannot see the sea from your room. You can, however, catch a glimpse from near the rooftop poolside terrace which is a nice place to spend a couple of hours in the evening sipping beer. They have a bar there but the choice is severely limited. The room we stayed in was spacious enough, adequately furnished, well maintained and tastefully designed. Cooling was effective and the attached balcony was a bonus. They get high scores for service but the acid test for this would be on weekends. We visited midweek when there were just a handful of guests around. The best feature, in my opinion, was their food preparation. Top class!

We had booked for three people but were surprised to find no proper single bed available—just a mattress on the floor, which felt like a workaround rather than a prepared setup. The food, while decent, leans on the pricier side and may not justify the cost for all guests. Also, the swimming pool rules were unexpectedly rigid—felt more like a restriction than a relaxation spot. A little more guest-friendly approach would go a long way in enhancing the stay. Overall, it’s a good property with potential, but these small details matter. Hoping the management pays closer attention to comfort and flexibility.
