Excellent Stay
Hotel was at prime location and staff was very helpful, friendly and cordial. Views and amenities were amazing. We have a wonderful time there.

Terrible Stay
The staffs in this hotel were extremely rude and initially they told us that you can extend your check out till 11 but when we were checking out they asked us to pay extra late check out charge but this is not the right behaviour and they took the money in cash we had to pay extra or they held us captive and when we paid this amount they again started extra money for glass then they again asked extra for shower gel this is not at all acceptable. I request all the guest not to stay here

Ok Stay
The bathroom taps' parts are either wobbly or they come off (and then you have to fit them in to use). The bathroom was not very clean. Breakfast items were not much. Check-out time is too early. You need to pay for room service immediately and can't charge it to your room - it gives a very budget hotel vibe. But, since it's not very expensive and okay stay for the price we paid.

Good Stay
Room was excellent but the behaviour of staff is stiff service was good but we have to feel the grit at the time of checkout when they told us that the kettle was damaged from us after inspection. after a long hour of debate finally they let us go without paying any charges.

Poor Stay
the reception staff and the house keeping staff was very rude and arrogant. The food was good but breakfast option was very less . The kitchen and restaurant staff was good and polite.The swimming pool is not clean , everyone can anything and use the pool no is enforcing any costume rule for the pool. the hotel room is good bt it doesn’t feel like a part of park hotel.

Excellent Stay and Food @ Zone By the Park, Digha
The Hotel was really very nice and beautiful and also well maintained. However, we demanded for at least one Pool View Room out of our 2 Rooms, which we thought would be provided by Hotel. However, The Manager refused to provide us the Pool View Room citing non- availability of Room. Rest, We found everything in place. The Hotel offered a luxurious stay.
