It was an average experience as per the price . Could have been better ,blankets cover were dirty pillow cases were dirty the room size and other things were good compared to the price

Room is so bad. Not have any window in Non AC . room. kitchen also dirty .we found one spider in our food. Although they change the food. stafs are good . but hotel is not recomended.

The staff is good but the manager is very bad...they didn't turn on the lights in any of the dining rooms...not even the living room..

Absolutely terrible room, I booked a 4 bed room but they gave me a 3 bed room, no room service, disgusting food in the restaurant overall absolutely terrible I book 4 bed room but they acomted 3 bed room, poor room service, bad quality food

We are waiting in reception in about 1.30 hours for check in evan they're taking extra charges for early check in, Food quality is worst,Room service is avarage bt they are not cooperative...

Below are the details: 1-Very poor service given by the hotel, no food available after check in, also lunch and dinner was not available in the hotel as we went outside for lunch and dinner 2- while taking a bath, water has been gone for half an hour, after several calls then water will come in the bathroom tab. 3- A.C not working properly. 4- A complimentary water bottle was not in the room after check in. 5- The dirty bedsheet was spread on the bed, after complaining they will remove and give another one. 6- There was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom

Location: The hotel is located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Old Digha beach, making it an ideal place for families and travelers seeking peace and serenity. The nearest bathing beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The calm surroundings make for a relaxed and refreshing stay. Rooms & Cleanliness: The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. We had booked 5 rooms, and overall the experience was good. In one of the rooms, there was some water leakage from the AC, but the hotel staff promptly provided buckets and offered to change the room the next day. Room cleaning services are available and satisfactory. Staff & Management: The staff members are polite, well-behaved, and very supportive. The manager deserves special mention – extremely helpful, always attentive to guest queries, and provides clear explanations for everything. His welcoming attitude added a lot to our positive experience. Amenities & Safety: The hotel has all the essential facilities like an elevator and power backup. CCTV coverage throughout the hotel ensures a good sense of safety. There is also a facility for free drinking water, although it has to be filled by the staff, as the purifier is kept in a staff-access-only area. While this may seem inconvenient, the staff never refuse, even when multiple bottles are handed to them, and they do it with a smile. Food & Dining: The in-house restaurant serves good quality food. The menu is decent, and the overall dining experience was satisfactory. Food was served fresh and timely. Check-in Experience: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Everything was well-coordinated, and we faced no delays. Overall Experience: The ambiance of the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and calm. It’s a great place for a relaxed stay with family. Despite one or two minor issues, the staff's responsiveness and overall hospitality made our experience very positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Actually i booked your room 202 then confirmed my double bed room. Bt, i enter your room then suddenly your manger he said room already enter others people. Then i asked why u gave others people? manager says sry bro u have already enter people please i give u other room bt, i not agree. Say u something please make my trip group and mamber why are you scam this situation and behaviour to me?

The source of the hotel was from makemytrip and the hotel and room was fantastic as well good behaviour of hotel stuff and they are very kind, i will visit again.
