Yashshree bangla queen, digha im stay was good Clean room, clean bathroom, facilities all good but food we ordered its take more time to serviced (but food taste good).

The staff behaviour was too good and the food quality is awesome and the genuine behaviour of the food department

The hotel experiences, fabulous, the food was delicious. The room service guys and the phone to his guys everyone is new in the industry, but they are highly professional and a very good host. They know how to do the hospitality. As a chef, I feel that the north Indian food, they make in-house restaurant. It was quite impressive. Because all the time I was stay in Digha the north Indian food was very bad but this time I try not Indian food Chinese food and authentic Bengali food as well The price is quite expensive, but the portion size is very good. Overall, It’s a very good experience.

it was excellent stay , swimming pool was excellent with music system , room was clean and neat , all amenities available , only balcony view was disappointing but i will check in again soon

Room was very clean and spacious. Everything was good. Pool is very clean, just the depth is little less.

Very good ambience, good and well decorated room as well as toilet, staff behavior is verry nice especially Sunita, Parimal and Sarat and food quality is aswamm. Lift facility is available and swimming pool is on the 2nd Floor. Just 10 mins walk from New Digha sea beach.

We stayed at Hotel Yashashree Bengal Queen in Old Digha on July 13th and 14th 2025! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! The hospitality was top-notch. If you're planning a trip to Digha, definitely stay here! Hope you love it! 😊👍 #

Hotel is very good in terms of location, ambience,Food Quality & quantity,Good Resturant facility,Lift Available,Rooms are very clean and decorative, Room Service is also very good, very polite behaviour of staffs, Parking available with whole night security, Highlight is swimming pool in hotel balcony & in front side of Hotel which is beside main road towards new digha to udaypur. But Swimming pool is little bit small due to located in balcony.

Property was clean and food quality was good but the Manager behaviour was not up to the mark. He started quarrelling with another customer in front of all guests for some silly reason which is not acceptable. Also want to address that we had complementary breakfast booked, it is buffet so we had to take foods ourselves. As the dining area is little congested it is very difficult to go and take foods ourselves every time. So i request the waitress who was standing there to bring me the tea but she straightly refused to do so and asked us to take it ourselves which is very disrespectful.

1. **Check-in Process**: The check-in was unorganized, and our three rooms and one suite were not ready at the designated time. 2**Room Cleanliness**: The rooms, particularly the balconies, were not properly cleaned, and the linens looked old and dirty. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were lacking; we only received basic soaps instead of the dental kits and sandals that were promised during the booking process. The WiFi connection was also poor, especially during the night.3. **Mineral Water**: We were only provided with two complimentary bottles of mineral water, despite it being mentioned in our booking. If additional water was needed, it came with an 18% GST, and the availability of RO water was inconsistent. We often had to call multiple times, and sometimes were told there was no water available. 4. **Towel Concerns The towel count in the rooms was confusing, as we were informed that there would be a charge of ₹500 per missing towel. We faced accusations of losing a towel, and despite agreeing to a check of our bags, the staff did not carry this out for almost an hour, which was frustrating. 5. **Staff Behavior**: The attitude of the staff left much to be desired; they were often rude and lacking in basic courtesy. We noticed that many customers at the front desk were raising complaints similar to ours, indicating a broader issue with customer service at the hotel

had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this property with superb ambience . food quality was very good and the staffs were very helpful
