The room was not good and room service is pathetic. very poor and swimming pool water is very dirty and extremely small.

location wise the property is very good, at the centre of most of the sites. The food quality is good, the restaurant is hygienic. Prompt service was given during the stay.

1 room is good but other two rooms each had some problem. One room grizer not working and other room had some bad smells.

I was looking for a budget-friendly hotel in New Digha for my family and came across this one, which met all of my requirements. Since the elders were traveling and I had a good stay at yashasree before in Darjeeling, I didn't think twice, and Digha Hotel did not disappoint. My family gave me extremely positive feedback on the cleanliness and meals. There may be some drawbacks, but they are negligible when compared to the other hotels in Digha. So, I'd suggest this hotel.

Room was neat and clean...good location...safe for family

We were travelling with three kids and our stay was comfortable in Digha. Location was good to stay with kids.

Best hotel in digha I have book 2 time

⭐ Rating: 1/5 We stayed at Bangla Queen for 2 days, and while the room quality was good, the overall experience left a very bad impression. Let’s start with the basics — we checked in around 9 PM, even though the standard check-in time was 11 AM, and absolutely no one at the reception seemed to care. There was no welcome greeting, no welcome drink, no courtesy shown at all. The food was average at best — definitely could have been better considering the hype around the place. But the real disappointment came during checkout. The official checkout time was 9:30 AM. Around 10:00 AM, while we were getting ready for the Durga Ashtami puja (being Bengalis, it’s an important day for us), the reception called repeatedly and in a very rude tone, asked us to vacate the room immediately. When we went down to the reception, there was no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy — instead, we were spoken to disrespectfully and insulted for taking 10 extra minutes. We clearly told them that hospitality is not about room rent — it’s about respect and attitude. We’ve waited hours for check-ins at water villas and beach villas in the Maldives, where a single night costs ₹80,000–₹90,000, yet we were treated with utmost politeness there. But here, at Bangla Queen, for a ₹2,000 room, we were made to feel like a burden. The staff desperately needs training in hospitality and guest handling. A little empathy and courtesy go a long way, especially in the service industry. Sadly, this hotel fails miserably on that front.

The hotel room was good with all new amenities . The swimming access was also pleasant though the pool is little bit small in size . Try to avoid the Resturant , the service is very slow and food is not worth the price . Location is ok , you will get e-ricksaw to new Digha , Jagannath temple etc . Parking space is available .
