Hotel Kanchan International

Bad customer service, bad room, dirty room and bathroom, pathetic, totally bad experience please don't book this hotel.

I like hotel kanchan very much, i want to tell everyone to come to hotel kanchan at least once because the staff there use room service food and drink is very good. I have stayed at hotel kanchan 3 times. This is my favorite hotel in digha.

Very very worst experience in the hotel. Dirty and unclean wall, floor and bed sheet also. Staffs also uncultured kanchan international. Please remove your booking

We have been to that hotel before, and their service was good. And this time i got very good service.

It's a terrible experience, i couldn't sleep the whole night as i was traveling with an 8 month old baby and lots of cockroaches and smells.

Staff behavior is good but hotel maintain is very bad

Location of hotel kanchan international is good. We stayed there before. But this time i saw that toilet lock is broken n head is not there, paint of the room gone. All over lack of maintenance. But the hotel staff behaviour is very good.

Worst experience i ever had. Right from arrival till departure everything was worst. It was untidy restaurant ac not functioning. Bathroom exhaust wasn't working too. No-one to clean the room.

All though services was ok but the rooms were not. Condition of the room was bad, bathroom was in a very terrible condition, not worth paying 2500 a night.

A good 2 day trip. I find the price affordable. Room service was prompt. The only thing i suggest that the hotel authorities should spend more on maintenance.

According to the description, the room was quite small and had a double bed only for 2 people. Due to compulsion, i had to pay extra rs 2250 and get another room suitable for 3 persons.

Bathroom horrible, all taps are leaking. Toilet always wet. Room is okay. Front desk assistant behaviour very rough and not courteous.

Hotel rooms, bathrooms, bed covers, pillow and pillow coves, blankets all are very dirty. Staffs mainly receptionist is not co-operative, and behaviour is not good towards customer. Overall it was not a good stay for me and family at all. So, i would not recommend this hotel to any one.

The location of this hotel is very near to the sea beach at new digha. Room size is not much spacious, but neat and clean. One male staff at the reception counter is not good at behavior, doesn't know how to behave properly with guests. Otherwise, overall experience is good.

It was a very good hotel. The staff was very helpful. We were getting that service if needed. If you take family, you can definitely stay. Location is very good near the sea. The tv in our room was not on at all which was not changed later, we didn't say anything about it so maybe it didn't. There was no cover for the drain pipe in the boothroom which was a bit of a problem.

kanchan international is one of the best stay place in New Digha। hotel staff are to good and the food is excellent

Terrible behavior by staff. The moment they heard i was a single occupant, the receptionist started shouting at me. Refused to explain why single occupancy was not allowed. Was not given entry into the hotel and neither was a refund provided. Very poor experience.
