Absolutely Pathetic experience. In the basic amenities "Air conditioning" was mentioned distinctly. I spent more than 5K on 2 days booking We were placed on the roof top room that has asbestos sheet as ceiling and is On 4th floor Roof top and without AC. No one comes to clean the room as the hotel manager does not accept to keep the room keys in absence of guests. No intercom to call anyone from reception. There is only one caretaker Mr Jhantu who is in All in One role. I had to call the person (Probably BD guy placed somewhere in Kolkata) to request for a bottle of water. The washroom doesn't have water pressure in the western toilet. I have been an MMT loyalist for a long time but the kind of hotel property you have empanelled creates a serious doubt on your business ethics and customer service/ centricity
