There was not provided the room as shown in picture. Room was so congested and not cleaned properly. There are so many housefly inside the room I can’t imagine that how they maintain the delux room . I’ll never recommend this resorts to my friends

We're truly sorry the room didn’t match the photos and that it felt more "insect safari" than deluxe retreat. The houseflies clearly checked in early and overstayed their welcome. Rest assured, we’re now reminding them that they're not paying guests. Cleanliness and space are important to us, and we clearly missed the mark this time. While we understand you won’t be recommending us to your friends, we hope you’ll give us a second chance someday — this time with more room to breathe and far fewer wings.

Location and Services are very good. Not at all any problem we faced. It was a lovely stay. One plus point is this is a pet friendly hotel, so u all can come with your pets and spend a warm charming time. And about the food it was fine but very oily. So overall i would rate this hotel a (3.5⭐)

A Great stay with a few shortcomings.

We stayed at their Suite and it was spacious, open from all three sides with two balconies, two large washrooms and bedrooms. However, I have a few criticisisms and applause for the hotel 1.The Hotel is at prime location, hence a lot of footfall happens but I had issues regarding cleanliness of the facade of the property, when you enter it looks like you have entered a pice hotel, which is unclean, too many flies, let's say that's alright for a busy property but atleast maintain the cleanliness of floors regularly. 2. When I called the hotel of its given number they clearly mentioned that a suite is fine for 3 people and it won't be necessary to book two separate rooms, as suite has 2 rooms when I reach there, the manager with moustache claimed to have no idea about it and tried to argue, made me call again on the number clearly mentioned in their page the first number and then sent a person to bring our luggage from car, while my family kept waiting, he was pretty rude, others were polite. Please know how to treat your customer. 3. At breakfast section, it felt like a market, too many people too less seating, please accomodate more seating, we had to stand and eat. 4.Restaurant staff and food is amazing. I can't appreciate them enough, the Bengali spread is so so good better than regular restaurants. 5.Room was very clean, the cleaning staff is great, they bring a team to clean literally, so that's good. 6.Suite's Jacuzzi is a plus.

unwelcoming staff members Horrible housekeeping and room service. They charge development fee per guest also. Never heard of development fee in a hotel. Food is dissapointing. Breakfast is terrible. Room size is too too small. in picture it does not look like small but they are very small. Spending so much and such terrible service and facilities is not worth it. Would recommend not to visit this hotel. probably the worst hotel in Digha I have stayed so far. They will hound you for checkout. 3 times they will knock at your door for checkout each interval of 5 minutes. Back checking of guests is done if you are carrying any bag which carries anything you bought in the trip inside the hotel. Never seen bag checking done in any hotel.

Wow, thank you for your dramatic, one-star Broadway performance of a review! Sorry our hotel didn’t meet your royal expectations of a palace with gold-plated bathrooms and buffet spreads blessed by celebrity chefs. Room size too small? Apologies — we forgot to hire NASA to engineer expandable walls. And that shocking “development fee”? Yes, it's real, and yes — every hotel charges it. We didn’t invent it just for your stay. As for bag checks — we're not the FBI, just a hotel with a simple policy: no outside food allowed. But we get it. And how dare we knock before checkout? Next time, we’ll send a violinist to gently notify you that your free vacation extension is sadly not included. Thank you for calling us the “worst hotel in Digha” — truly the highlight of our day. We’ll frame it and hang it in the lobby!

Location: Deluxe Front View Room is very affordable and relaxing in front of road and the jungle view, and pool also we can see. And it connect with the Dheusagar in our doorsteps. Food: Food quality is good. Any person can eat it. But if there are any kind of changes in variety of recipes availabl it would be like for a trip. you can add little bit of butter on sandwich while making. you can use glass material for drinking juice or water not small paper glass. Use proper Cup and Plate for coffee and Tea not paper cup. Tea quality should improve. Amenities: While you are on a trip then you need only food and a room where you can enjoy full moment and swimming pool and a garden or play ground with some activities. This place gives us a lot. But we can not forget to improve ourself. Service: Services are absolutely fine. But Touriest, we have to understand that Sea Resort have huge order and maintaining those services within 15mins like food services, Housekeeping, Any other issues in the room or anytime of need help you just call them and they will give you the 100% resolution at the same time.

Only food is good but little expensive, otherwise everything is worst, room size is very small compared to other hotels deluxe rooms, when I have booked the room it's showing jungle view room but I have been given a room there was no such views, I have asked to the management but they denied for such room. I have called 4 times for room cleaning but nobody responded, even they haven't top-up the water too... However, my experience was horrible with this hotel in new digha.. Never expected such hotel from make my trip.. Now, I have to think twice to book anything further, specially for booking any hotels...

Overall the hotel service, facilities are good but foods are very very costly. I have an accident in this hotel due to house keeping service and some items are broken but they changed very high cost for that, which disappointed me very much

Stay wasn't great. The staff weren't very friendly. It felt a bit unhygienic, and the staff weren't very polite. Rooms are a good size though. The bed was uncomfortable, and i woke up with back pain. Food was okay, but overpriced

Worst stay ever. Ac was completely non-functional even in a premium room. Washroom is dirty. Room quality and amenities are not at all upto the rates they charge for a premium room.
