Awesome experience, good location if you have your own vehicle. Good food quality but they have increased the price recently and now it’s too expensive. The usp of this hotel is the pool, best pool experience in digha. Rooms are average compared to 3 star hotel/resorts.

“Wrapped in Charm, Stuffed with Horror” From the outside, the resort is a dream—manicured lawns, a decent restaurant, and a pool that looks like it actually gets cleaned. But walk into the room and you’re time-traveling into a horror show. Broken basin? Check. A commode so grimy it could host its own horror movie, No mirror in the bathroom, and the room one is smashed like it just witnessed its own reflection. The blanket smells like betrayal, and the linen? Let's just say it’s carrying memories... from someone else's stay. Room service thinks a mop equals hygiene, and the staff’s idea of hospitality feels like punishment. Worst of all, the staff seem indifferent. No urgency, no empathy, no service mindset. This stay felt less like a vacation and more like a test of endurance. Think twice before booking. “Oh, and about that sea view? You’ll need a telescope—and probably a prayer.” Pro tip: Admire the exterior, snap a selfie, and run. Your dignity and skin cells will thank you.

1. Resort outer ambience, pool , garden & atmoshphere was nice. No issues. 2. Rooms & Washrooms were not that clean. Spotted & dusty Bedsheets , pillows & Blankets. 3. Curtains were not clean. 4. Food was  good, tasty & healthy BUT the price of some food items were too much high & not reaaonable. The quantity was like just for 1 person only. Here nees to increase the Quantity a bit. Apart from that - A suggestion to the Management staff to maintain the  HOSPITALITY properly.

1st - our Check in time 11 p.m but we didn't get it 2. In room , no mirror . 3. When check out time 10min over they many time knocking me to check out 4. Lift not working properly all time.

Food and swimming pools is good, lift is not working, bathroom is broken, commode is broken, jet spray is broken

the property was very beautiful but the rooms and the housekeeping services were terrible. The hospitality was also not at all good. Overall a very bad experience.

very poor management... They only show you attitude with bad service, Different types of insects are moving around the bed and bathroom, unlimited breakfast means everything was not unlimited like egg, only one for each person, if you want a room just some time before the check- in, they will ask for extra money..one thing more they will put the ac off , if you arrived early they will put the ac off, if you are waiting for their check- in...and also they don't know how to behave with customer very bad behaviour....

Resort is Good, Food was very nice, only problem is The Room . Rooms are non maintained at all. Need to maintain rooms urgently.

Location is Near Digha gate which is Good, Food was testy and delicious. Service is also Good and Specially Swimming pool was very nice and clean. only need to improve the Rooms which is not expected. Need the maintenance for Rooms. otherwise all Good. But they charge extra amount for 2hour prior check in.

The hotel stay offered a mixed experience. The rooms were dated, with a poorly functioning key-lock system and narrow staircases that gave the impression of entering an ancient building. Inside the room, the bed was covered with a transparent sheet and a questionable blanket. Although an AC was present, the lack of a remote rendered it useless. The TV resembled the size of a smartphone screen, and basic amenities like towels were missing, requiring guests to bring their own. There was no shower, so a bucket and mug were the only options. The in-house restaurant’s food service seemed unreliable, depending on availability. However, the property had some redeeming qualities: a well-maintained green space, a beautiful swimming pool, and a cozy restaurant. Breakfast, while limited to puri and curry as complimentary items, was decent. Overall, the outdoor amenities were pleasant, but the room experience left much to be desired.
