The hotel was clean, the staffs are good and helpful. The main attraction is swimming pool. Overall the stay was pleasant

Terrible stay. Dirty toilet with a very bad smell. They don't clean the rooms , without cleaning anything they just handed the rooms to guests. Bedsheet pillow all dirty.Not recommended for family

first of all hotel staff behavior is very poor. room service and hk service is very very poor......such a worst service i have ever seen.....please dont recommend this hotel

First of all hotel lift was not working..Secondly we were asked to wait for long after our tiring journey..Secondly the manager was so busy that he could not communicate with the guest who arrived and was rude at behayiour..After this mess comes the night at 12.30 am beside our room was a family room fron where continuously loud music noise was coming ..After complaining for 3 to 4 times the hotel staff came by 1am to stop and said them that from this room someone is complaining continuously.. It was mentioned that no loud music allowed at night...When we called to the reception they said ok we will try?? .When the breakfast was disgusting..

They are not so professional and serious with the business. The internal structure of the hotel is nice, the bathroom fittings are branded but the maintenance is less. The swimming pool is not greatly maintened,

Not satisfied. they're food bill very much and also they increase quantity which i not ordered they billed much more. Thus is wrong. i suggest when check out please mast be verified your bills

very late chek in, we have to wait for 2 hours for a room... no complimentary drinks. staffs are 👍.

From outside it look nice but from inside their service was worst ... I called for 9 times to get a bottle of water ... Anyone don’t go to this hotel ... Rather I would book a lodge
