The room was good. The swimming pool was not clean. The water in the swimming pool was murky. The price of food is very high. Room service was good. Everything that was mentioned was there. All the staff were good. The sea is 10 - 15 minutes away from the location.

want to stay in water...go this hote
huge problem in almost every room.. water flowing all over the ceiling wall and floor...ac temperature cannot increase you have to maintain 18 to 20 ... food was also average..

Good Stay
The property and facilities are awesome, rooms are good, didn't get the balcony room and higher floor after requesting them many times. The room maintenance issues like 1) Fungus and dampness of room ceiling and bathroom ceiling. 2) WC having black patches 3) bathroom tiles having water mark Except the above observation food and staff behaviour all was good. The housekeeping staff, receptionist all are good and well trained.

Unprofessional Staff behaviour.. full of negative minded
Food is good..but very unprofessional behaviour from hotel Staff's. I asked for 2 extra glasses for my room, Unfortunately they said..They don't have extra glasses available with them. I asked for 3 Coke Can at 10.30pm..they replied It's already 10.30pm, restaurant is closed,they will not provide the same. i asked for a chilled mineral water bottle at 6pm in the evening.. they replied they don't have chilled water..freeze is not working. Staff's are full of negative minded. I'll think twice about revisiting it here in future.

As per hotel policy, our restaurant closes at 10:30 PM, so we couldn’t serve Coke after that time. Also, our restaurant keeps 1-liter chilled water bottles, and the RO refill water is not chilled. Good Stay
Hotel is around 1km far from ocean but room service and food quality was good . Water of pool was also neat and clean but the pool management is not good.

The hotel staff were good & courteous, the room was spacious with modern equipments but the furniture and wall were light in colour and dirty
