The rooms were really comfortable, and the restaurant food was also quite good (with very generous portion sizes). Was pleasantly surprised to find such a good quality accommodation in Kharagpur. Location is great if coming by road -- it is just off the highway. (For me the only negative was that it was pretty much the opposite end of town from IIT, where my work was. Still, 30 minutes by car)

But one receptionist was trying to play smart since he had some booking with higher price and o either cancel the booking from make my trip or he will cancel directly despite showing booking confirmation from make my trip with full payment in advance .
