Location was good little bit far from crowded area...700 Mtr from Old Digha Beach and adjacent to Marine drive road. Rooms are large in size and neat and clean. Towels and bedsheets were not clean and had to ask them for new ones. Horrible food experience 😢 and found cockroach in one of the mutton preparation.And also don't like the attitude of the hotel's resturant...

Location of the hotel was really excellent. Perfect place to stay with family. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Bengali lunch was really awesome.

The hotel ambience was excellent. The staff's behaviour was very nice. Lunch dinner breakfast all the food quality was just wow, taste was awesome. We enjoyed the swimming pool and terrace area. We will definitely visit this place again.

Property is luxurious from outside but inside it is in need of maintenance. I was staying in room number 318. Broken bathroom mirror, broken wardrobe handle, stained toilet, broken window lock. Staffs are amazing, helping in nature. Spa is pathetic, even if you opt for 60 min package the therapist will say the message is over at 30 min.

It was a great experience staying in a hotel sea n sand. The staff was very gentle and helpful, clean and hygienic rooms, but the telephone was not working however that's not a big deal as you can call them in the mention number given in a paper by hotel management. Food quality was delicious 🤤. If I talk about the location then you can find it not more than 10mins of walking distance from the place where the bus departs. I highly recommend this hotel, also suggested hotel management to accept 0 payment booking.

The behavior of every staff is very good and if there is any problem, they fix it... Very very good This is the request, always maintain it...

food quality is worst , no hospitality, no hygiene rooms are horrible . staff in the restaurant and reception area are arrogant and it seems kuch kar ke ehsan kar rahe hai. I will never go again after for a day if you get this service .... I will think 10 times again and I do not know what other will .... do....

It's a good hotel with nice staff and room services. Neat and clean rooms and beds and all accessories given in the rooms. Spacious rooms with great view. Well maintained pool and the surroundings. The food there is must try in reasonable price. Hats off to the chef and the whole team. Sea is just behind the hotel with some good landscape.

location is fantastic , amenities are good but they did not provide the same room shown in the make my trip and they provide . I have booked Superior room (265 squre feet)with king size bed but they provide me one room (180 sure feet) with normal double bed . On protest they told to complaint on make my trip. it is very unfortunate to receive this kind of service from them after paying money for better service . It seems to me that , they treated me from other point of view as I booked my hotel from make my trip .

LOCATION IS NOT PRIME, 15MIN WALKING DISTANCE FROM OLD DIGHA SEA BEACH.NO BALCONY VIEW, GLASS VIEW SEA. ROOM CLEAN AND OK.. OVERALL 3.5 OUT OF 5 Food average not so good, location distance 15minute walking from main sea beach, facilities average, staff behavior good manager behavior not so good he is very rude or low manners behavior, room clean and fresh no issue..
