Stay at Hotel Cosy Inn was average. The gates of the hotel closed at 10:30 PM. At a tourist destination this seems very weird. Rooms were okay, passable for a night. Didn't try food, can't comment. Would strongly recommend for the property to change this timings.

Dear Mr. Chowdhury, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay. The room size provided was 120 sq. ft., exactly as mentioned on our website. You had booked two rooms—one with a balcony and one without. Normally, if any guest is not satisfied with their allocated room, we try our best to change it as per availability. However, since your booking was during Independence Day (15th August), the hotel was fully occupied and a room change was unfortunately not possible. As a gesture, we provided you with an early check-in at 6:00 AM without any additional charges, which is not commonly extended. Regarding the air-conditioning, it was functioning properly throughout your stay, and no complaint was raised at the time. In this weather, it would have been impossible to stay in the room if the AC was not working. The beds provided were queen-sized, which is standard and comfortable for two guests. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience to our guests, and we request that reviews reflect the actual circumstances so that other travelers receive a fair and accurate picture.

At first, I am starting with the location is average, Food is simple but no proper arrangements of cooking. now comes to amenities and service, a third class service and behavior of staff was very bad. As per the reputation of MMT please its my humble request look into the matter seriously as family will never be stay there. it is not hotel for family rather all are doing money business there. Due to a simple dirty Ness on matteres by my child of 2 years old they charged for bedsheets also. I highly not recommend this hotel for future stay for family. Please don't stay.

The concern arose only at check-out when our housekeeping team found the bedsheet and towel damaged beyond normal use. When we informed you about the applicable charge, it seems there was a misunderstanding regarding our staff’s behavior. Please understand that booking a room does not mean guests can damage hotel property. Even then, instead of charging the full replacement cost for new items, we only applied 50% of the price as per our policy. We truly did not expect such a review, but we respect your opinion.
