Orbit Hotel,Old Digha

property is not well maintained. rooms are not clean at all. Swimming pool is a mess not at all my booking breakfast is also included but they haven't provided that also. Staffs are very rude.

This hotel staff behaviour and services is not good and property not good. Very disgusting hotel. I don't want to prefer any one for staying this hotel.

The pictures shown was not at all matched, the pictures clicked when the hotel was new. Now it's complete different cause there was no fridge, bathroom taps are broken, exhaust are broken and doesn't work. Now coming to swimming pool it was very dirty with insects on it. Overall the hotel is not maintained at all but one good thing is they have polite and well behaved staffs

The location of the property is as described. Is good for staying with family. Staffs are polite but in some areas services are slow. Restaurant's food quality are average and provide limited variety. Our overall experience is good.

The property well decorated but not properly maintained. I was booked 7 room ac room 2 room ac not working. Management clarity there was no electrician. Every where water leakage.

Room and washroom are not clean when you check in there, my checking time was 12 but we reached at 7. 30 till the room was not clean, we stay there for 2 days and not a single day they clean the room even after convey in reception. In this price they even did not give nice breakfast. Everything is dirty and broken, in this price you get nice hotel in digha.

My stay was a very bad experience, basic amenities are not available like tv was not there, geyser is not working, blanket was torn, bathroom was cleaned, room was full of dust. . The food was not good, the staff was nice but not professional i didn't like my stay. Very bad experience.

Ok. The hotel room is very bad, door lock is breakable, worm water is not stay in bathroom. Balcony door is not properly close, tv is not hare in the room, today newly launch lunch, very bad service of meals

It's a very good hotel but not maintained, Rose valley doesn't give anymore money for their maintenance. Swimming pool is not working from last 6 months, rooms and bed sheets were too shabby. After seeing 6 rooms, we finally selected one room, which was okay. Had to tip the staff to provide us with clean bed sheets and towels. There's no maintenance at all in this hotel.

Previously known as the host international, this hotel is located very near to Old Digha beach and has easy access to it. This is where I stayed 15 years ago with family and than it was a good pool for me. But now is pool is a joke for adults. Moreover, it will be a peaceful stay for people like me who hate the bolder and crowd of new Digha.

Safe hotel but the sea beach is so far from the hotel like 10 to 15 minutes, but the hotel give the good service. I just like the hotel so much, love it, the rooms are so clean and good.
