Hotel Tulip

The room was very unhygienic, lots of dust and spider webs near the bed, dirty pillow

What ever mentioned in the timing of room booking both matched a single thing. No sea view room. No AC remote was there , so for whole booking Ac is in fixed temp. TV not working. Emenities what mentioned in MMT app nothing matched . Worst experience.

প্রথমে আমি হোটেল বুক করি,মেক মাই ট্রিপ অনলাইন অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে।আমি টিউলিপ হোটেলে গিয়েছিলাম,হোটেল কর্তৃপক্ষ আমাকে ধীরে ধীরে ঘোরা ফ্যান যুক্ত রুমের একটি খারাপ অবস্থা দেয়।আমি হোটেল ম্যানেজারকে রুম পরিবর্তন করার জন্য অনুরোধ করি।সুতরাং ম্যানেজার আমার অনুরোধ মেনে নিয়ে আমাকে আরেকটি খারাপ অবস্থার রুম দেন।আমি আবার ম্যনেজারের কাছে যায়, ম্যনেজার আমাকে বলে যা রুম দিয়েছি সেখানে থাকতে হবে।আমি যে রুমে ছিলাম সেটি খুবই খারাপ অবস্থায় ছিল। ঘরের বিছানার চাদর ছিল সবচেয়ে খারাপ। রুমের জানালার কাঁচ ভেঙে গেছে। তখন অবস্থা খুবই খারাপ। খুব খারাপ। হোটেল ম্যানেজারের খারাপ আচরণ।

I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their cleanliness and room maintenance. Guests expect at least a clean and livable space, which was clearly missing here.

All the amenities provided during time of booking is fake. There is no amenities in the hotel. People are not cooperative. No facilities are available in the hotel

Very Bad service and not telling tulip hotel food not free and bathroom very bad condition

Staff’s were not response properly. Very unhygienic environment rooms floors were oily and dusty it was a horrific experience in that hotel.

1. Bathroom is too tarebul 2. Room service is too poor. 3. There is no receptionist in morning time.... All most review tooo bad

Unclean, too dirty wash room and bed, even common areas are lower maintained,

Poor quality bad service they don't change bedsheet till 2 days mirror was dirty cleaners were not cleaning properly. everything was bad and cheap. and we heard a howling and whaling horror we were totally frightened and our booking was four four days but we got checked out the next morning.

room is very small and bathroom also so small, unhygienic surrounding and electric appliances are also very dusty and durty.

Worst ever experience in my life as a tourist. If you are planning a trip I Digha, please avoid this hotel tulip. you will be disgusted with smell and their terrible service. Choose better , you deserve better.

very bad experience Hotel Reception behaviour was very bad, I request checking in 30 mint before but they denied. Hotel was not clean. Ac has no remote.

Bothroom conditions is poor and water supply issues , room average ac not good in some delux rooms no cooling ….food not available you need to go outside for food. Overall Average
