The rooms were really comfortable, and the restaurant food was also quite good (with very generous portion sizes). Was pleasantly surprised to find such a good quality accommodation in Kharagpur. Location is great if coming by road -- it is just off the highway. (For me the only negative was that it was pretty much the opposite end of town from IIT, where my work was. Still, 30 minutes by car)

Property location food amenities and services were very good. But one receptionist was trying to play smart since he had some booking with higher price and o either cancel the booking from make my trip or he will cancel directly despite showing booking confirmation from make my trip with full payment in advance . Very bad from hotel receptionist - never had this experience any where before.

Food serving was taking much time & during checkout they weren't cooperative even on repeated request to get it done fast as we were in hurry to catch flight, Even the communication wasn't proper while alloting rooms they gave us 2rooms in 2 different floors which we were not informed while booking... The room was good. The washroom was impeccably clean. The food was good. We ordered prawns and chicken kabab along with rice dal and chicken curry. The miam's sauce with prawns was exceptionally good. The staffs are well trained and well behaved.
