I booked my stay for wedding function. It is new hotel located far from crowd. The rooms were clean and the staffs were very friendly. They were very polite and went an extra mile to fulfill some of my request. Special thanks to pooja at the reception for making sure we had a comfortable stay

Lunch was really late. Lunch preparation was delayed by 40 mins for basic dal and roti for 2 people

We received 5th floor, room was clean but the water from shower was with very bad smell, they couldn’t solve the issue, then i took bath from wash basin and vacated room. ‘done’

Recently stayed at hotel dreams inn in kharagpur and had a mixed experience. While the overall service was commendable and the food quality was good, i found the price i paid for the room was not justified by the quality. The room didn't meet the expectations considering the amount paid. Additionally, i encountered discrepancies in pricing and room options, which need updating for better transparency. Overall, a decent stay but room pricing and information need improvement.

Room were well furnished, though king size bad was not provided and they joined 2 small bed together which wad uncomfortable no control/remote over room for ac, it was in auto setting and we wanted to increase the temperature but we cant which was bed

(renting out banquet hall to marriage parties and full night could not sleep because of bengali marriage's continuous conch shell blowing and lullabies in the common corridor by women folk.
