This time experience good then privious time experience. service is good, also good behaviour with couple. i stay 2 night. service is good. room condition is average. not bad. , it could be managed.

Service is very poor but prices are very high. They are not providing Internet network at night. Landline phone was not working At last day check out time , breakfast was not ready at time...no one is there in whole hotel...only one security person is there

The worst stay I have ever had. I have booked the hotel for 2 days stay(double deluxe), the room and bed was so small and terrible that only one person can sleep comfortably. We were three in number, had to sleep down and settle. When I tried talking to the manager about cancelling the second day's stay after facing these problems during the first day, he was so rude and cut me off while I was discussing the problems over phone. I would suggest everyone never book this hotel.

Not good at all, room was very small, not comfortable, very low grade breakfast only bread and a Banana.

Room is very small and not for two persons stay. Room No 102. very small bed. For two persons they will provide One Glass, One Cup, One Towal, One Tea Bag. After request they give Two Glass and Cup. Also they don't have proper Parking Place for Four Wheeler. They told us to park our Car infront of Hotel in open space near to Road. AC is also not properly working.

Complimentary breakfast is pathetic -only one pcs bread with butter, one egg boiled and one banana. This costs around 20 rs only. Also the room size is also very small. No mobile plug point near the bed.

Very good service they provide. Room conditions are very good and clean. And also their behaviour is very good.

The building oozes with oomph. Brings back the glory of royalty. Wide spaces and brilliant white marble adds to magnanimity. The breakfast was quite enjoyable with the market theme, so much reminiscent of medinipur.

the hotel is spotless, from the grand lobby to the luxurious rooms. housekeeping staff are diligent, ensuring that every corner of the property is maintained to the highest standards. the staff are professional, courteous, and go out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. from the concierge to the housekeeping team, everyone is attentive and eager to assist. i had a great experience 😊
