Being an old guest of this hotel I must say day by day the service has been decreased. Rooms are bad. bathroom lock broken. Food was not good. And the terrible thing is they always ask for money without any service. I never see any bell boy coming to me for room service Like every guest is bound to give money without any reason. Not recommended anymore

Me and my wife went there, very bad hotel except the location, fan was the slowest ever i have seen, no purified drinking water was there, there was fungus inside water, and they charged extra amount from me, Rs. 350.

Quite unhappy for following reasons as wii be evident from attached video I have personally taken inside room no. 106, I was allotted. Someone seldom being present at hotel reception. Room key without identification tag. No intercom in the hotel. Phone no. displayed in the room is never available. Food quality not satisfactory. Full flush button of cistern is not working. Waste water exit point in toilet has no mesh. Tap on basin was loose and bent by about 25 to 30 degree left. TV remote is not fully functional. Sliding glass panels - one not getting locked, other jammed, affecting security. Room wall corners have dirt accumulation evidencing poor maintenance. Geyser power connection not available. No exhaust fan in toilet. I was really was embarrassed in front of my partner. Shall advise MMT not to show this hotel in list.

staying in 1st fllor. sea view room. non ac room. you will not feel any discomfort without ac bcs the wind is passing so good. You have to take blanket at night. the hotel is in main market by walk only 2 minutes sea on the back and in front whole market. you can take bus from outside the hotel.

Property's food, location and facilities are very nice specially it's location is situated between Old Digha Main road and Sea Beach. And balcony of our room (Sea Facing)was amazing, the staff's behaviour of the property is very good.

The maintenance of the property was not upto the mark or the price. The main door of the room was partially broken, exhaust of washroom was full of dense cobwebs, dust and cobweb surrounded almost every part and corner of the furniture, thereby giving a dirty vibe. We stayed at Room No 206. Poor maintenance. Need immediate improvement. Not cleaned properly. There is huge Dirt, spidernet in the bed. Taps are not cleaned. I recently stayed in two rooms at this property – one SEA VIEW NON AC room and one AC Room C-7 – and my experience was far from satisfactory. AC Room C-7: Despite the description promising amenities like a TV, blackout curtains, and a proper chair, none of these were provided. There was no TV, no blackout curtains, and instead of a comfortable chair, we got a cheap plastic one. For a room labeled "AC," this was a major letdown. SEA VIEW NON AC Room: This was even worse. The room promised several amenities like housekeeping, shaving mirror, air purifier, slippers, newspaper, and room service, but none of these were available. The TV didn’t even work, and room service was unresponsive – we tried calling the desk multiple times, but they simply didn’t pick up. Overall, this stay felt misleading and unprofessional. The management really needs to update the amenities listed online to reflect reality, and provide the basic services promised. Would not recommend until these issues are fixed.

Location is good. But rooms are not clean. TV Remote, AC Remote, Charging Point etc not working. Room Service not available any time.

I recently stayed at Bhakti Sagar Hotel, which is beautifully located right by the sea. The sea-facing rooms come with balconies where you can sit and enjoy the peaceful ocean view. The hotel provides parking, and I noticed a security guard present at night, which added a sense of safety. The staff were polite and courteous throughout my stay, which I appreciated. However, there are areas for improvement. The hotel does not offer in-room service, and while there is an in-house restaurant, its hygiene could be better. The room itself had some maintenance issues, including open wiring and bathroom locks that only worked from the inside, not the outside. A major concern was during checkout when my room key accidentally opened another room—this raised a serious security issue that should be addressed immediately. Overall, the location and view are excellent, and with a few improvements in room maintenance, hygiene, and security, this place can offer a much better experience.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The room was in a horrible condition. The door was broken and didn’t even lock properly, which made me feel completely unsafe. The washroom was disgusting — it smelled unbearable, like something had died in there. The hygiene and maintenance are clearly neglected. This place should not even be open for guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Bhaktisagar hotel is nearest to old digha beach easily accessible to the beach and food quality was also up to the mark.

Location - near to main road. Food - Very average. Amenities & services - not satisfactory.

One of the worst stays. The room was not clean, the washroom was unhygienic and the door was cranky. The only good part was the view but except for that the entire stay was bad. At the time of check out the manager asked to pay 200 rs extra for 30 minutes extra time we took to get ourselves ready. The manger was even rude and said this property runs on his rule and as per him checking out at the exact time is the rule only. There was no room service and even the TV was not working. Don't visit unless you want to ruin your vacation.

Behaviour of staff is very bad. There is no room service, even drinking water would have taken from outside.
