Review Of Hotel Daltin

The hotel was good, pet friendly. They gave us early check in as rooms were available. Charged 1000bucks extra for pet, which they informed earlier. Provided good pet food at extra cost. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only con is the size of the washroom. There is almost no place to move. They have a very nice, good sized rooptop pool and a small garden area providing a very nice ambience

Room was not ready at 3pm toh i was asked to wait. There were no arrangement with Hotel with the Temple to make the darshan Easy. Receptionist have 0 knowledgeable about Mandir timings etc. The Front desk Reception ( 1 female with saree & thin MAN.) Damn Rude and Arrogant for what god reason i dont know. They have straight answer to every query NO. Not at all co-operative to anything. Food and restaurant totally Stinks & there waiter need to be trained as all lack professionalism. Food is poor. No management Nothing. At time of checkout the front desk staff came on head shouting from Ground floor to Clear the room at 10am Dot. Totally waste of money at this property Never visit Again.

The food was nice however the service could have been better. There was no prompt service even after calling them maximum times from the hotel room. The hotel beds was very uncomfortable and we were unable to sleep properly. There was no proper parking space also. Overall the stay in Daltin was not so satisfactory for our family.

The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. Staff behavior was very polite and supportive, which made our stay even more pleasant. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special mention to the rooftop swimming pool and seating area — it was absolutely awesome! A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. However, the only area of concern was the breakfast section in the restaurant. Used plates from previous guests were not cleared in time, and even after informing the staff multiple times, they were not responsive. This caused inconvenience for others waiting to find a clean table. Overall, a wonderful stay with great facilities — just a small improvement needed in the breakfast area service.

The Hotel room was good, but the service is very poor. Breakfast is extremely poor. They are not managing properly. Not recommended.

The stay was comfortable but few services we did not receive.Welcome drinks were not provided.When asked for iron it was not provided although it was mentioned in list of amenities. When we called housekeeping to take back the dishes they did not come and clean the place in our room, but told to keep dishes outside. These were few bad experiences rest food was good.they helped in smooth check in and check out

It was a lovely experience at the stay. Room Service, was great, restaurant food price is pocket friendly. We requested for Anniversary celebration as well, which was a paid one but it was worth every single penny. Would suggest to visit this place especially being close quarters with the beach It was a wonderful experience and worth Every single penny. Their restaurant food is great and if you want special arrangements they will do it at a cost but it would be also worth the same.

The stay was excellent. Food is tasty and the location is fine too. 8 to 9 minutes walk from New Digha sea beach.

it was nice experience.hotel was clean and tidy.food was awsm taste with full of higene mainten.staffs are cooperative.pool was clean ,only one thing missing there wifi didn't work properly so song was not played .wifi frequency was low.. rest everything is okay 👍

Total central AC of 1st floor hadbin brokendown from last 15 dayes mostprobly, hotel managment not to capable to repair . We just forgot my personal things when we check out, we would came back aster 15vminuits, the cleaning person said we cleand the hole room, and my things also throned in dustbin, which is next to impossible, that mastbe taken bythe swiper, because that was forenlicur .

Make my trip readjusted my booking from another hotel as there were some logistics issues. They provided daltin with complementary breakfast as well. Rooms are nicely cleaned, well decorated, and the staff are friendly and well behaved. Food was a bit costly but the taste was extremely good. The hotel is couple friendly. Overall I was extremely happy with their greetings and atmosphere.

I was booking this hotel with free breakfast, but when i was choking in, hotel said that their is no breakfast in your booking. But hotel overall par-fums really good. Make my trip stolen my breakfast.

Food not good breakfast not proper. Very less items on table. Pool conditions pathetic. They claim they have nice swimming pool but during our stay we are told it is under maintenance. When we saw, we find it is always under maintenance. No point in paying so much money. U have multiple better options. I will never go again at this hotel.
