Room condition is not very good and it’s overpriced and the location is far away from the beach. Food quality is okay, and service is very slow

If you call it resort then you need check the hotel condition. you even take bath properly in bathroom which are too short.

The hotel was good but the timings and the way they showed the facilities they will provide but they were not providing anything nor per bowls or not pet food and they were also counting the head count not the rooms please be sure and mentioned the facilities you show

Pros -food quality was excellent, staffs were cordial, restaurant ambience was good. Cons -almost 5-6 minutes walk to beach, rooms are comparatively smaller.

The property is very clean and pretty. The staff are courteous and we'll behaved. The food is also an usp of the property. The resturent provides a wide range of options and provides a good taste too. The swimming pool is very clean, overall the experience was good and would like to visit again

Excellent stay, friendly staff, food is very tasty, room is very clean and comfortable. I recommend for friends and couple, must be trying food.

It was very good experience with snehamaya, very cleaned and foods very good, and lots of amenities which something not available in other hotels, we are coming home with good vibes and great memories.

What rubbish you give me discount i booked 25000 rs room for 2 day and my money was waste and you tell me you give me discount this is my last trip with make my trip next time i chose another platform to book package or hotel i am not happy with this service

room was so cosy, 1st u entered a room, inside the room u wl get one more room,then again one more room ...there is a bed.🤦there is 2 pool...1st floor pool was very unhygienic,they didn't clean the water, & main thing hotel is so far from the beach.before booking they it wl take 5 minutes by walking, but it takes 15 minutes,so far. food was restless, because fish, chiken was reserved in the fridge for long time but price was too High... overall so bad experience.

Just because we booked the room through make my trip we were given a very small room in the corner of the hotel. I booked a family room and the room we got was so small that 2 people can't even walk. Even the complimentary breakfast was very bad and it was specially for people who booked through applications. Other guests were given good food. We got good lunch and dinner as we paid for it to the hotel directly. Very unhappy with the hotel behavior towards us and the way they discriminated.

The food quality and hospitality of the restaurant boys are excellent

Hotel location faraway from sea. Extra cost for transportation

Basic needs like fan regulator,door lock is not there. AC works but the rooms dosen't get cooled. Bathrooms and rooms are small.No balcony. Hotel is like a jigsae puzzle
