The room is up to mark within this range. I paid approximately 2900 for that room. Nothing is good in that room, no balcony view, damp room even flash is not working properly, tv is also not working. Terrible experience

Pathetic service and washroom

I had to go out to beach at 5:30 am, when i got down saw that hotel was locked and no one was at reception. It took me 10 minutes to find staff room and 20 minutes got wasted in all these. Toiletries given by hotel was very poor. Service not so good. Room was ok ok but washroom was pathetic.

3. Room service not upto the mark. They kept on forgetting things. Restaurant kept on mixing orders. But food quality good. Room standard is not great, not at par with the pricing.

Terrible Stay

The room looked good. We booked luxury suit. It was large enough to accommodate 4 people, but the placement of sofa was bad. Also, the service was very bad. The tv was not working, neither was wifi working. Even after multiple complaints they didn't fix it. It's only after i raised a complaint to the mm t customer service, they came to my room to fix the tv. It was already 11 pm, we were going to sleep, so i asked him to let it be because that's only a tactics they adopted to steer away from the situation, because they knew that we will ask them to leave as it's late night. Also, wifi never worked, even after raising the complaint to mm t guys. Food also came late, more than hour after we ordered. All in all, service was very poor. Won't book this hotel again, and i ask you guys to also not book this hotel

Restaurant and swimming pool

The food in the restaurant is bit costly and not so much tasty. Swimming pool is totally not in good condition, water is not clear at all, tiles used in swimming pool has been damaged and need repair. Burning of eyes happened during swimming of all my family members specially children. Rest of the things are good specially rooms and room service.

familyI visited their last week and the when i entered the hotel the manager said that my rooms are occupied by different guest as they have extended their stay and will check out at evening and till that time they provided us only 1 room instead of 3 which were booked. The service was also not up to the mark and the pool was really dirty. However the location is far from beach but still manageable because we had our personal car along with us. They did not provide any toiletries. They denied to give us fresh towel also and said that the rooms are full so no extra towel. Hotel was clean but rooms were dirty. The house keeping service was worst.

Distance from beach: 15 mins walking location: location is good food: food is decent, they cooked every time fresh food. Room: the room was good. Bathroom: bathroom was clear, but the bathtub was not working condition, which is quite disappointing. Staff: well behaved staff apart from that, you can stay in the property with your family or friends.
