Average Stay
The room is maintained cleanly. Easily accessible. The toilet is also ok. I have booked 3 occupancy stays and they have provided an extra bed and it's not comfortable.

Poor Stay
The air conditioning was not working despite taking an A/c room. The fan was also in a bad condition.

WORST AND UNHYGENIC STAY
Property location is slightly far away from the temple but the availability of autos makes it easier for commute. Now comes the most dreaded part :- we booked two rooms . 1st rooms was completely infested with bed bugs and insects visibly in specific corners . Told the hotel management about it and The second room had the worst bathroom with small insects and flies in every corner of the washroom .The washroom wasn’t clean and we could tell it was used before we came and never cleaned.OVERALL IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE OF OUR STAY IN THE HOTEL AND NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE FOR THE STAY.

Poor Stay
Property location is fine and the food and cleanness is not up to the mark . Toilet and restroom is not good condition tap and shower not working . Electrical switch is not working for mobile charger

Bedsheets were dirty. Toilet was stinking. But hotel staff was nice. But that was not helping fixing the issue.

NOT UPTO THE MARK
not clean,in booking shown King bed,but in actual are rooms are having queen beds only..Bathrooms are old....broken..Booked for 3 people and gave small room with just a queen sized bed..Sheets were not clean..Pillows were old...covers are not clean...no toiletries included...just a very very basic room with less amenities...Parking is horrible

Less parking facility was not mentioned clearly. due to this we can't use our own car. Need to mention if they don't have proper parking facility to all the customers

Located at nearby Matuthavani Bus depot and all travel access like bus, auto available on the hotel door steps... Overall room ambience very good.

Very poor service from the staff.. taken huge money but lift was not working..even after requesting the manager said he can't do anything now. We have to go upto third floor in that hot summer,my friend washaving leg problem still the manager was careless to help .he said he can't do anything. Very very poor service . No point in going to this kind of hotels after paying huge money
