We needed to extend our stay to the next day...for which the property manager talked rudely and said there are no rooms...but after a while her said we need to pay extra...he made me pay extra 1000 for each room in cash and gave the room..it looked like he faked demand to raise the tariff...and also the way he talked was not appropriate

The stay was pleasant overall. However, there’s no proper car parking — they mentioned an underground space, but vehicles need to be taken out by 7–8 AM, so I had to park outside. The room was clean and tidy. Only one complimentary, unbranded water bottle was provided. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, but a few small eateries are available nearby, and Zomato/Swiggy deliveries are available. No toothpaste kit was provided.

The hotel rooms were clean but lacks basic amenities. The area was also substandard. Would not recommend if staying with family.

The cleanliness of the hotel is not that great. Parking is narrow. No restaurant in the same hotel.

The housekeeping and service were disappointing, and the cost of the room did not match its quality. The shower knob in our room was broken, which added to the inconvenience. Significant improvements are needed to enhance the overall guest experience

The restroom was not clean and doors were not closing properly. Staffs were also rude to deal. A c was also not functioning ideally

Nice clean hotel located in the heart of the city on a very competitive budget rate. Free wifi and only around 4km to the temple. hotel stuff is helpful.

The staffs were very friendly and very accommodating. They were very helpful in guiding the old people who were staying. It was value for money for stay

We had a very nice stay at bairav grand. The room was very big, clean, comfy bed. The staff was very friendly and tried to help with everything. The only negative comment is that it was a bit far from the old centre and that the bathroom smelled like cockroach repellent. But because of that there were no cockroaches luckily! so great stay and amazing staff.

The receptionist is a rude person. Very small underground parking. No near by good restaurants. Location is not so good. Rooms are okay. Do not recommend for families to stay. Hotel management is not interested in booking through apps.

Hotel is at a walkable distance from arappalayam bus stand. Room and restroom were maintained clean. Stay was comfortable. No complaints. Recommended stay in madurai

Don't be deceived by the photos shown There is no restaurant in the hotel and the management is also not good. Hotel is situated at the outskirts of the town very far from the Meenakshi temple. No proper entrance and no proper lift service is there.

Room was good food and room service was poor location was great and no flight pickup. Restruant facility not available

Overall experience was good and staffs are supportive, rooms are neat and clean. Differently i will recommend this place. Con's this place is only for accommodation no restaurant facilities.

Stay was okay. Room was spacious but no amenities in the bathroom. No toilet paper and only a 5-10ml shower gel. Only 1 mineral water bottle was complimentary and that too was not bisleri or aquafina. There is no kitchen service and 1-2 restaurant only available outside. Just outside the hotel there was big pile of garbage. Locality is bad. It’s just a basic hotel and not worth the price.

Staff were cordial ac was not working room service only after 8am. Though checked in around 5 pm, receptionist was insisting on checking out before 11 am. They were even reluctant to allow to keep the car at parking area till around 2 pm

I normally prefer some standardised hotels as they are good, hygienic and have basic things like toiletries, kettle and teabags, shower utilities. Though they charge double, i feel it's worth it. But, here they didn't have any such, the bed and toilet were not clean, don't have food within, they will buy you instead, don't have phones, forget the kettle and tea bags, they don't provide you water bottles. Overall no value for money.

Very worst place i stayed. No cleaning. No purified water provided. No shaving set provided. Dental kit not provided. Comb not provided. Hot water is not available all the time. No staff for service available. No food available in the premises
