Washroom flush in my room was not working. The wash basin hand wash was empty. The floor of bathroom was not clean.

worst to the core.. unhygienic rooms.. All the wardrobes were literally about to fell on us. very worst behavioral staffs

The room was spacious and same as shared in pictures. Towels and bed linen were dirty. This cane be taken car of. Swimming pool was not open due to some repair work ongoing. Our room was on the 4th floor close to the party halls and hence was noisy throughout the night. The walls were not soundproof and voices carried into the room from people talking in the hallway

Lovely hotel, the service was excellent the staff also very helpful and cheerful, best part is the location was perfect, there is a smart mart just next to the hotel and it is in the heart of the shopping area

reception good...but food service very late and low taste and quality...poor food service... unexpected..going outside take food and Zomato orders helps this trip..

First of all it is located in a prime location easy to access super market just near by the hotel and minutes away is one of the largest commercial road . The food is also awesome .
