The location of the property is central and very convenient to the temple and railway station. The morning breakfast is very good and the foods prepared are tasty.Regarding amenities and services are concerned the hotel management is very helpful to our requirements. The only issue is the hotel management arranged cab service and the cost of which is more higher than in Delhi.

Right from check in to check out everything was excellent. Reception personnel, restaurant guys and other service personnel including security were just great. Additionally, great location for reaching Meenakshi Amman temple and very close to railway station. Really value for money.. breakfast was enjoyable 👍👍

Neat and clean rooms. Great breakfast. Polite housekeeping.Only drawback is that even though they had rooms available they were unwilling to give before check-in timing I felt it was more for their online customers. Because next day there was a huge party they all got rooms in advance.

Satisfactory and convenient stay. Clean room was provided. Clean bathrooms. Polite manager and staff. Initially the AC was not working but the staff and the manager co operated kindly and got this fixed urgently.

Through online rating of the hotels and this proporty is found to be excellent rating. Restaurent is also good.

They had suggested this hotel, but honestly, I don’t think the room was worth the I paid. Parking: There is no proper dedicated parking. Only a few cars can fit, though parking is free. Reception: The welcome was very cold and lacked warmth. I didn’t feel the hospitality one expects when arriving at a hotel. Room: The major letdown was the cleanliness. The room had a strong smoke smell, probably left behind by the previous guest, which made the stay uncomfortable. For the price paid, this should have been checked before allotting the room. Family Stay Issue: We booked for two adults and one child (myself, my wife, and kid), but the amenities seemed arranged for just a single person. For example, basic items like dental kits weren’t provided for all. Restaurant: The rooftop restaurant was a plus point. It stays open till 10:30 pm, with nice street views. We tried a couple of dishes there—food was average, but it was at least convenient to have a restaurant within the property. Checkout Experience: This was another disappointment. Only one person was handling checkouts, so we had to wait 10–15 minutes just to complete the process. Even after that, we waited another 10 minutes for the car to be brought around. The staff seemed unconcerned about checkout delays, which left a poor final impression. Overall, the hotel has potential with its location and rooftop setup, but the lack of cleanliness, poor room preparation, indifferent reception, and slow checkout process made the stay feel below expectations for the price paid.

Hotel location is near to railway station and walkable distance to Meenakshi temple. The facilities provided by hotel is appreciated. Food was also great. Highly recommended.

I booked a stay for one night for two Super Senior Citizens and myself. Despite requesting for a room on the higher floors while booking, they allotted a room on the 1st floor that was towards the main road and my repeated requests to change to a quieter room fell on deaf ears. I checked in only by 9PM and requested for checkout by 2PM but the Hotel didn't entertain at all. The entire front desk staff is Untrustworthy as they don't keep their words. They didn't give me a bill while checkout saying I would have anyway received from MMT. During checkin the bell desk staff, security give a Rising Welcome but During Checkout they force your leave the hotel immediately. I am very Sure that they treat their Corporate Guests Very Very Differently. An entirely forgettable hospitality experience. I recommend that MMT should remove them from most preferred Value stay Hotel of MMT wants to be authentic travel partner. They just want to make money at all costs and they don't seem to really care about Inconvenience to guests, Noise pollution etc.
