Hotel Supreme

Hotel is too old to stay. Staff is not worried about cleanliness. Cockroaches everywhere in room, Mosquito in the room. Think before you come.

The hotel was top class a decade back, but now it has gone very bad. Rooms are not clean, no hot water to take bath, no intercom phone in the room,the roof top and other restaurants was closed. It was a very bad experience.

Location is good But not maintain properly Facilities is also poor

except location all others are really not at all average, very poor maintenance No food, no services and the room's cleanliness is very very worst. cockroaches are everywhere.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our stay was marred by poor service and appalling hygiene. No watchman was present at night, and the admin area was dark and unwelcoming. The washroom was dirty, the room was unclean, and the bed sheet was stained. 👎 Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed. Do not stay here!

Room was normal. But the quality of water supplied for bathing was stinking even made complaint to the manager nothing was done but still we managed with that water for two days stay

Property location is very good and within walkable distance of temple but it is not maintained properly. Room were smelly and lack proper lighting in night.

I felt bad smell in the room that I taken. Airconditioner was working but there is leakage of water in the room. The hotel authority switch off AC in the midnight. It's bad . No hot water every time, limited to morning only. No room service available, contact number to call staff was not possible. TV not worked, tv remote is outdated, it has no cover n battery. Car parking congested.facilities are poor compared with its cost of room rent. Not satisfied with the stay there.

the rooms were dusty and the staff response was also very bad and the entire hotel was maintained very poorly with even stray dogs lying on the entrance and could also spot insects like cockroaches in the room and the water heater was also not in working condition

Dirty hotel, no any service, room are pathetic for cleaning. Make sure do not booked this hotel and save your money

Their website pics looked good and it was 5 mins walkable distance to madurai junction. But the hotel and the rooms are in very bad shape, no maintenance at all, broken things in the room, bad smell in the bathroom, no lighting in the reception and corridors, etc. They gave 2 keys to me and only 1 of them will work but they did not tell me about it. When I left the working key in the room and took the other non-working key outside I could not open the room door upon my return to the room. They recharged the non-working key and asked me try again but it didn't work. Went up and down to 5th floor twice. Then they said that key should not be used and brought a duplicate key and opened the door.

Room.service poor. We took a non AC room. Fan was running but no sir. It was suffocating. Non AC rooms not advisable

The property is in the prime location of 1km from Meenakshi Temple. No room service. Wifi is available but not working. TV out of service. Nearby pure veg restaurants available. Due to the heavy rush in the temple delayed for check out. hotel charged me 500 for 4 hrs.

Rooms are full of cockroaches. Had no option to cancel the booking. A/c charges etc. no Restaurent. There are fine hotels nearby

No water bottle Water in can without tumbler No dining No service boy to get from outside Room shabby

Today is my 3rd night in this hotel. No body has cleaned my room. Nothing more to say about miss management.

Good and safe stay. Food and other needs available nearby. Would like to stay again when I visit the city again.

1. Worst maintanence 2.Restrooms are not clean 3.Rat is roaming 4.Restaurant is not opened 5.Staffs are not polite and etc. Very terrible experience with this hotel

Worst ever rooms was went with my family there's is no proper cleaness ac isn't working rooms are smelly and toilets are very worst honestly not recommended
