Worstest hotel in that entire area. Washroom was not at all clean. We booked superior A/c room which is literally terrible.even Non A/c would have been kept the room cool by opening windows.pls never book this hotel

I checked into the hotel, but the AC wasn’t working. Then I turned on the fan, but it was making a lot of noise. I complained about it, and they told me to wait for some time, saying the cooling would start soon. After waiting for about half an hour, I complained again, and they changed my room. However, since it was a centralized AC system, there was still no proper cooling in the room. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, as the taste wasn’t good. Overall, the stay was not satisfactory.

My experience at this hotel was below expectations. The room was not clean, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The food was average and lacked variety or good taste. Considering the high cost, the overall experience did not feel worth the money. The staff were polite, but service could be improved. The hotel really needs to focus on cleanliness, room maintenance, and offering better value for the price charged.

the room is not clean and very unhygienic.. no fans, air ventilation. Bathroom unclean. Parking spaces are very narrow.

The hotel room was not clean. Beds were not neat. Bathrooms were not neat. We ordered Falooda and the taste was like very old stock ingredients were used. Rain water was seeping through window.

underground parking not convenient and no support from Hotel side. Breakfast service is poor as not managed well by hotel staff. receptionist was so casual and careless on customer queries. rooms are quiet passive. overall not professional.

I am disappointed with make my trip why do you suggest a hotle like this old room with bad smell not of the faciliites we had as i had paid for 2 days had to cope up never will believe make my trip suggestion in future

poor lighting,no hot water dirty room , geyser working terribly rude staff,............never book this hotel with family it lets u down not safe........

Stay was good and comfortable.Hotel is near to railway station and good connectivity too. Food options were limited but food was good .

No words to explain. Not sure when the last changed the bedsheets or pillow covers .toilet no exhaust fan - drainage smells high, not a 3 star at all. Poor

Extremely disappointing experience at Moskva Hotel. The pictures shown on MakeMyTrip are highly misleading – they display clean, well-maintained, modern rooms, but in reality the rooms are poorly maintained, dusty, and carry a rusty, unpleasant smell. The bedsheets and comforters were dirty and smelly, making the stay very uncomfortable. Amenities listed are not provided at all. It is mentioned that the room comes with a free minibar, but the mini-fridge was an old, non-working unit not even switched on. Iron and ironing board were not available despite being advertised. Basic essentials like sugar/tea packets, toiletries (brush, shampoo), and even towels were missing. The room looked completely neglected. To add to the frustration, the cleaning staff demanded money immediately upon check-in, even before cleaning the room – very unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Totally not worth the money and definitely not the quality they claim online. disappointing – would not recommend.
