Hotel not good, very dirty, location also crowded, Services poor, no staff available. No parking facility, advised not to choose this hotel

Need cleaning and renovation as per tariff. Room is not okay, so my suggestion is to improve cleanliness.

Stay in this hotel was a phetetic experience. I would not recommend anyone for this hotel. I would like to recommend to remove this hotel from there list

unclean rooms , staff not paid well so they don't do service every time they tell sir we are not paid well so can't do aervice

Room is not cleaned and basic things like soap, shampoo, and comb are not available as per tariff. Room is not satisfactory at all.

Horrible experience at hotel. The water at the property was so muddy that we could not even take a shower or even wash our face. I had a baby and wanted to wash her bottles but instead i had to buy my bislery bottles from outside at night to wash the baby bottles or other baby stuff. The refrigerator in the room wasn't working. We complained about it 3-4 times but nobody responded or actioned anything. We requested for extra bedding which was included in our booking even before checkin. They provided it at 12 am after asking for it since 9 pm and we were forced to be awake till almost 12:30 am after a long journey. They just kept saying give us 5 min. Would not think or staying at this hotel again.

I wanted to share my thoughts about the room. Overall, it’s decent, but I’d say it’s more on the average side rather than anything exceptional. It’s functional, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Just wanted to keep you in the loop!

Worstest hotel in that entire area. Washroom was not at all clean. We booked superior A/c room which is literally terrible.even Non A/c would have been kept the room cool by opening windows.pls never book this hotel

I checked into the hotel, but the AC wasn’t working. Then I turned on the fan, but it was making a lot of noise. I complained about it, and they told me to wait for some time, saying the cooling would start soon. After waiting for about half an hour, I complained again, and they changed my room. However, since it was a centralized AC system, there was still no proper cooling in the room. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, as the taste wasn’t good. Overall, the stay was not satisfactory.

My experience at this hotel was below expectations. The room was not clean, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The food was average and lacked variety or good taste. Considering the high cost, the overall experience did not feel worth the money. The staff were polite, but service could be improved. The hotel really needs to focus on cleanliness, room maintenance, and offering better value for the price charged.

the room is not clean and very unhygienic.. no fans, air ventilation. Bathroom unclean. Parking spaces are very narrow.

The hotel room was not clean. Beds were not neat. Bathrooms were not neat. We ordered Falooda and the taste was like very old stock ingredients were used. Rain water was seeping through window.

underground parking not convenient and no support from Hotel side. Breakfast service is poor as not managed well by hotel staff. receptionist was so casual and careless on customer queries. rooms are quiet passive. overall not professional.

I am disappointed with make my trip why do you suggest a hotle like this old room with bad smell not of the faciliites we had as i had paid for 2 days had to cope up never will believe make my trip suggestion in future
