SRI THIRUPATHY RESISDENCY

In the photos, the property looked fine, but when we arrived, it was completely different. The place felt more like a slum — the bathroom and bedroom were in terrible condition and nowhere close to basic hotel standards. At night, people were sleeping all over the lobby floor, which was very unsettling. Overall, it’s not the kind of property that should be listed on MMT or Cleartrip. Everything about it was disappointing and far from what was shown online.

Staff here are so helpful,they provide a great service and experience to the customer

No safety car parking and no hot water,drinking water in room

Worst room, not cleaned properly. Not hygienic. Price is higher and room is not same as per the picture. Will not recommend for others.

Pathetic management. Dirty and fungus infected bedsheets and pillows. No hygiene and cleanliness in washroom. Stinking room and corridors

Room maintenance is very bad, damaged blankets are kept in room, refused to replace in first attempt, parking issues faced.

Very bad rooms not worth money at all elevator is in very bad condition no ventilation in the room stuffs are not that good there is no basic amenities for the money we paying no wifi also there is no parking more then two cars hall way is very dirty and smell

Except location nothing was good. Check in worst. Rooms worst. No restaurant. Staff rude.

I am very satisfied with my experience, most importantly the hotel was very near of minakshi temple that made me so happy. And the behaviour of staffs and also the foods and survice was very good. Thank you.

Room not available at check in time and have to request for room. Manager at hotels sad no room availability. However room made available after 2 hours.

Only show of the building from outside is there. The condition of the rooms allotted was very poor. The toilet door could not be closed. The alimarah was in a broken condition. Not worth for the money spent.

Please make a system to get booked room details in advance. Otherwise hotel owners provide low quality and inconvenient room for booking travellers and keeping good rooms reserved for on spot booking to earn more profit from them.

Rooms are very small but ok for one day stay. Never book any tour travel with this hotel. They are just liers including owner to driver.

Almost everything was unsatisfactory, except for the fact that the temple is within walking distance. I had the worst experience of my life booking this hotel. It shouldn't be categorized as a hotel because they failed to provide basic amenities: - no soap/handwash no towel no telephone - tv doesn't work - no wifi - no internet inside the room (at least jio) - no room service the lift doesn't work, and if you are coming with your parents, it's inconvenient to use the staircase. The staff was extremely unfriendly; they were unwilling to address any problems.

Hotel was nice but makemytrip did big mistake. Booked my hotel room time is 1 am to 1 am that’s why i booked two days hotel and my money was west-ed

Rooms clean staff and owner behave polite but there some work going on in this hotel so whole day was very noisy. But there is one plus point you can see meenakshi amma temple from the top. Lift works like ok ok bed and bathroom are clean

what they show in picture is different from what they givebed is queen sizeif you are paying for an extra bed, the size od room is not more than 100 sq-ft and they will put the matrix beneath the cupboard and tv shelf bcz there is no spaceno dustbin (even after asking multiple times)no toiletry soap or towelthe owner behaviour is pathetiche will understand every language in his favouranything which goes against his favour, he will show his local attitude that he suddenly couldn't understand anything. Boss, i don't want to book, bathroom is utter waste they didn't clean the room and tv is not working switch boss is not working, mosquito is there for whole stay. Mainly in the hotel itself they are charging only you charged more than utter waste.

Most terrible experience that i have had through mmt! the hotel denied receipt of any booking received from mm t despite mm t sending me confirmation. My family and while group with children were stranded on the streets after 6 hours of long travel and eventually we had to find another accommodation (that too of very poor standards)
