Very good room good person super hotel 200% room super same beds r not clear

it's good, but there is no proper response from the reception manager to get the things done

Best for money. Good staffs and amenities . Silent and safty place. But have no transport road. Only by. Walk. Luggage carriage wanted

The room was so small that there no space around. Couple having child should think before booking. No bed provided even after paid 300 rs extra for child. Bathroom jet spray was broken, mug was broken. Poor ventilation. Pls carry your own rugs as hotel gives only bedsheets.

The hotel location was incorrect, and it was difficult to find. Also, I was bitten by small insects while sleeping.

Didn't provided any food service but I was asking for early check in to the property owner but he rejected by telling me to come at 12pm then what is the use of reaching at 7am ??

We stayed here for 3 days and had booked 2 AC room. AC was not working in one room for 2 days and the bathroom had bad smell. Even after telling they didn’t do anything. Worst part was the quality of towels. One day we had a torn out towel kept. Upon telling they got annoyed and started fighting.

The location is very near to the west gate of Meenakshi temple. The non AC room was not properly ventilated. The room didn't have any windows. The room was very cramped. There was barely any space to move around in the room. The bathroom was also very small

First, Makemytrip should remove this hotel option as its managers who are sitting at reception, who says your booking nit confirmed even we show Makemytrip booking confirmation invoice and booking ID, as he gave the same rooms to other who will use temporary, he says talk to Makemytrip customer care etc he kills the time after 30mins ge says ur booking confirmed once temporary used customer vacated, it's hapoen same with me other 2 to 3 customer on same day. Rooms are terrible. No blanket provided. In my opinion, people are confused with other shabaries' hotels, and their workers ask for tip before entering the room by saying cleaning and changing duty. My humble request to Makemytrip is to please remove this hotel from your platform to get the standard of Makemytrip

The room and facilities are good, the only concern is not much spacious compared to double room
