Hotel Palace.

Not worthy for 4.6k per night. Washroom was not good. Broken buckets and mugs. Shower was not working. It was looking like a lodge and not a hotel as I see in the picture when I booked.

The hotel appears to be decent and has been renovated. It is situated in the main area close to the meenakshi amman temple. There is ample parking close to the hotel, but issues with cleanliness, such as the bed linens, towels, and curtains, as well as the service, the elderly attender will keen in getting tips and they might have damaged the tour bags. It's okay

it was a very nice experience staying here. It is very close to the temple. clean rooms and washrooms. supportive staff.

But hotel is under renovation & stinks renovation

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was severely lacking, and the drainages were broken, creating an unpleasant environment. To make matters worse, one of the security staff blatantly asked for cash without providing any service. A hotel boy mishandled my trolley bag, dragging it through mud and over broken drainage roads, causing damage. Considering these issues, the rates charged are exorbitantly high and unjustifiable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good place to stay near to temple. Tv is ok. Car parking arrangements are good. But the bed covers, pillows and blankets are not good and chairs are not cleaned. We stayed in 4 rooms. Bathroom towel also not like in other star hotels.

The location and reachability of the hotel is good. Parking is not too convenient but the reception desk is helpful.

Service was not terrible from make my trip. They have charged too much for one room. According to the hotel room with was 4000 but makemytrip has 7700 for the one night room. Very bad. Room and bathroom was very small, bathroom window was broken. Kindly refund. It was not. It was not suitable for us. They took extra charge for the tea. Breakfast was not provided and the ac was also not working properly. Please respond. No response from your side

Hotel is not clean. There is construction work going on in hotel. Hotel staff is very irritating in demanding for tips. Only good thing is location

The hotel is located at an accessible distance from the meenakshi temple and i was bowled over by the hotel staff. They were so honest and accommodating. They helped me cancel an extra room that i had booked and worked with makemytrip to help me obtain the refund. The rooms were clean and are a value for money. Great stay, thank you!

It is a budget hotel with decent cleanliness. They have car parking, entry to the hotel is bit narrow. Meenakshi temple is 10-15m walk.

Not at all worth for money. No wifi in room. Instead of queen size bed, they allotted twin single bed. Very worst. Day looting hotel. They said it is the queen size. Looting money.

The hotel overall is dirty and cochroaches in room ! it was a terrible experience. Would i know earlier i would have taken photos of the cochroaches

before you book this hotel, read this! this hotel is a nightmare, managed by an unprofessional and rude manager. here’s what we experienced: the hotel advertises two types of rooms: 1. executive deluxe (triple bed, 2. standard twin rooms. we booked two executive deluxe rooms. however, upon check-in, downgraded one of our rooms to a standard twin, despite the higher amount we paid. the twin room was in terrible condition—dirty floors, trash from previous guests, and poor hygiene overall (see attached photos). after a heated argument and escalate the issue to the property owner reluctantly changed the room after initially refusing, claiming the hotel was full. his behavior was extremely unprofessional, and his anger issues made the situation even worse. it’s clear they charge and then try to pass off cheaper rooms, pretending ignorance of bookings. we only ended up here because other properties were sold out due to the season. save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The room rent was high but the room ambience was pretty normal.

Too costly not worth the money. Many renovation on going and rooms are not clean fully. Also suddenly with master key in night the people of hotel tried to open the door.

I booked executive double but end up small normal room full of dust. No hot water. I ask for refund to go to different hotel. But they refused. End up i let my driver stayed in that room and i and my wife moved to another hotel. The reception service is also very bad. In overall this hotel is very bad for people to stay.

No saving kits, no coffee pouch, no sugar, no bisleri water, nobody is bother about providing tea or coffee
