There are some cockroaches… Room not fully cleaned… Service very nice.

Good for stay with family near Temple ana railway station walking distance

it was just Dharamsala instead of hotel... very dirty and non- Hygienic place.. never recommended to stay with family.... looks like no one in the hotel is responsive going to shutting down the facility. images on site are different from actual.

Stays and all the aspects are very good. but i wish to know about the pricing when i book through The app i paid around 5800 for 3 days which is around 1850 per day inc of GST but when i asked the hotel they told 1600 per day inc of GST need a clarification on this newly coming people believe offers and they book with discounts finally it becomes higher rate

Rooms are very good

Very Near to Railway St, and main shopping area, Helpful staffs, variety of food options and popular food joints nearby.

Cockroach every where

Chentoor Hotel ambience, hotel rooms are spacious. The bathroom was clean. The hotel staff ask for money for small things. I felt more ventilation is required in the rooms.

Room was good but had cigarette smell. Too many lights which can be resuced. Cost can be reduced. Check in and out time should be made 24 hours for client convenience and not for corporate ease

Good hotel and manager is nice

Location was in prime area, Power cut in many times, Room boys are took 1hr to buy a water bottle, That's why I rated this property 3/5.

Prime location; good not in hotel but near by lot of Veg and Non-vegetarian hotels; in-house services has to improve. Overall a comfortable, safe and prime location.

Hotel chentoor is situated at a walkable distance from madurai railway station. The hotel rooms are average. There is no restaurant available within the hotel. Only bar is present. Lifts are available. Room service is also average. Room had TV and wifi. It is ok for a day's stay.

Hotel staff is very helpful. And the timing of check-in and check-out are very good . 24 hours stay full of value of money
