Cockroach every where

Chentoor Hotel ambience, hotel rooms are spacious. The bathroom was clean. The hotel staff ask for money for small things. I felt more ventilation is required in the rooms.

Room was good but had cigarette smell. Too many lights which can be resuced. Cost can be reduced. Check in and out time should be made 24 hours for client convenience and not for corporate ease

Good hotel and manager is nice

Location was in prime area, Power cut in many times, Room boys are took 1hr to buy a water bottle, That's why I rated this property 3/5.

Friendly staff and located in good location. It is near by to the temple and shopping & restaurants.

Prime location; good not in hotel but near by lot of Veg and Non-vegetarian hotels; in-house services has to improve. Overall a comfortable, safe and prime location.

Hotel chentoor is situated at a walkable distance from madurai railway station. The hotel rooms are average. There is no restaurant available within the hotel. Only bar is present. Lifts are available. Room service is also average. Room had TV and wifi. It is ok for a day's stay.

Hotel staff is very helpful. And the timing of check-in and check-out are very good . 24 hours stay full of value of money

The hotel is close to railway station and close enough to the Temple as well (100₹ auto). The staff are very helpful. Allowed me to take certain printouts in the need of the hour.

Location is good, however basic of doors, taps & AC's are required basic maintenance or get repaired. Booked 2 rooms & faced these problems. Very important is before bookings check the rooms space & not with images. If needy of extra beds no space to accommodate & need to go with another room. Another Important is no partial cancellation either hotel side . This leads difficult to plan or pay as and when tariff changes. Faced & waited more than 2 days to get it clarified.

Location is good some service needs to improve Ac controller to be provided not able to change the temperature

it was so bad I had to checkout in the middle of the night and find another hotel no hotwater door locks not working unprofessional management unprofessional staff old and bad facility

bad services, They written Car parking space available but not for big vehicles, i have to paid additional to my travel agent bcoz of this issue, room cleanness too much poor and housekeeping not done in common areas. never come to visit this place, totally disappointed.

Booked for 5 adults allowed only 4 adults. No basic facilities, no restaurant to eat food. Terrible experience. Only recommended for people who are looking for dormitory or guest house with bed and attached washroom. Highly disappointed.
