We booked 2room apartment but provide us single room in 2nd floor and single another room in 3rd floor, single bulb in one room , disturbance of water pipeline in whole nyt, pipeline passes inside the room voice disturbacnce etc very bad experience

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback, On going through the reservation for 9 adults and 4 children below 12 years. as you requested extra bed in the reception desk, but as per the hotel policy kids below 12 years can enjoy the free stay at the property with in the room facility. But as per the hotel policy we are unable to provide extra cot at free of cost child stay. this we already explained during the stay period sir. Thank you

The behaviour of Hotel manager was very unethical and rude. I have booked 3 rooms here and we were 5 adults and 3 children(1 year, 10 years and 12 years).By mistake I put the age for child 12 years while she was 14 years old. But the hotel manager has charged an extra amount of 260 Rs and told that they will consider the child as an adult. Hotel property is good but yes the behaviour of the staff is not good.

the hotel rooms were so small not suitable for family. it's only ok for a single traveller. Also the claim that it's a 196 sq. ft room is absolutely false. it's at max a 10 x 10 room. . When raised the issue with the staff they said the room size mentioned is including the hall . do they think we will book a room and stay in hall. very much a fraudulent claim

Comfortable stay. Close proximity to airport and quick access to highways. Restaurant located in the ground floor serves veg and non veg food. But, they are specialised in non veg menus. Rooms are part is double bedroom apartment and suitable for a family of 4. We got one bed room in the apartment and could use the entire common area. Bedroom is of small size of 10’x10’ or so. Airport is just 10 min by car.
