They had suggested this hotel, but honestly, I don’t think the room was worth the I paid.
Parking: There is no proper dedicated parking. Only a few cars can fit, though parking is free.
Reception: The welcome was very cold and lacked warmth. I didn’t feel the hospitality one expects when arriving at a hotel.
Room: The major letdown was the cleanliness. The room had a strong smoke smell, probably left behind by the previous guest, which made the stay uncomfortable. For the price paid, this should have been checked before allotting the room.
Family Stay Issue: We booked for two adults and one child (myself, my wife, and kid), but the amenities seemed arranged for just a single person. For example, basic items like dental kits weren’t provided for all.
Restaurant: The rooftop restaurant was a plus point. It stays open till 10:30 pm, with nice street views. We tried a couple of dishes there—food was average, but it was at least convenient to have a restaurant within the property.
Checkout Experience: This was another disappointment. Only one person was handling checkouts, so we had to wait 10–15 minutes just to complete the process. Even after that, we waited another 10 minutes for the car to be brought around. The staff seemed unconcerned about checkout delays, which left a poor final impression.
Overall, the hotel has potential with its location and rooftop setup, but the lack of cleanliness, poor room preparation, indifferent reception, and slow checkout process made the stay feel below expectations for the price paid.
