The property is located quite far from the city, so if you depend on local transport, getting there can be difficult. If you rely on services like Ola or Rapido, they usually charge more than the quoted price. Another major issue is the swimming pool. The photos and amenities list show it as part of the package, but in reality, they charge ₹250 per hour to use it. On top of that, women are not allowed to use the pool even if paid for, which I found very unfair. I personally had to raise the issue with the reception and then the manager, and only after questioning them did they allow access—but only for men. I don’t think it’s right for them to add their own terms after the booking is confirmed. Because of the distance and the misleading amenities, I would not recommend this place.

Rooms are good and spacious . Triple room was very neat and big. No restaurants near by but you can order online food

Ok place. Little dirty but nice peaceful area. Overall a good option for families. We got 3 rooms for 3 members at a reasonable price.

Nice and pleasant stay

This residential place is very near to the thiruparakundram temple. The rooms are very neat and clean. And a very quiet place. The restaurant is not available. But you can get the best restaurant nearby.

The room was nice and tidy. The reception was good. But no food in the hotel itself. Brought from outside. Time consuming & lesser quality than should have been. Plus is the location and ambience.

It was mentioned that swimming pool is available, but receptionist asking for additional payment to use that. There were no toiletries available. Tv is there but of no use. Not recharged.

Not following proper business ethics, they are listing the property and once booked and received confirmation, they are denying to give the room by stating rooms are not available

Services are the main ingredients of any hotel stay. This hotel did not have any basic services, there was mosquitos, rooms were dirty. I do-not how they have received gud rating. It has to be delist from mmt and this kind of service is not matching the standard of mmt

It was a great stay with family. The amenities were very good. The breakfast that we had was really nice for the food quality and they have a variety of food. The rooms were clean. Safety was there.

Near to the Murugan Temple and in the prime location the hotel was located. They don't have an in-house restaurant. The rooms were clean but it has many cockroaches in it. The washroom was also nice. The staff, the caretaker and the security guard has excellent behavior. But the manager was very rude. There should be an improvement in management. It was secured for couples.

From the blurb that we read we expected to find a place that would be more in tune with what was presented. The only saving grace was the person in charge who went out of the way to try and mitigate the serious negatives. I would suggest that travelers check out more closely before making the booking.
