    Horrible Experience

    I rarely write reviews, but this hotel was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment we checked in, the service was appalling. The staff were not only unprofessional but downright rude and dismissive. It was clear they had no interest in helping guests. The room we were given was dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning didn’t work, and despite multiple complaints, it took them HOURS to move us to another room even though we were told other rooms were available. No urgency, no apology, just pure incompetence. As for the food, honestly, calling it horrible is being generous. It was cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. We ended up eating elsewhere for the rest of the trip. Overall, this place was a disaster. Poor service, filthy rooms, terrible food, and rude staff. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. This hotel doesn’t deserve your time or money

    It’s a terrible experience.. smelly room untidy washroom and zero ac cooling . When we called them to check the cooling they did AC servicing but denied changing the room . Not worth the price given ... please keep this in 1 star hotel category

    it was a pleasant stay at Ramtel Inn - firstly no smell that Associates with any Hotel 2ndly the service for cleaning or any issues with equipments in the room was done swiftly and though there is no big lobby etc the purpose is solved at the most economical cost. since we have no car the parking was not a problem and those who have cars need to enquire about the facility and finally centrally located and reachable both inside and outside Madurai. overall good facility.

    Car parking is bit far and have to take security every time to open the gate. Rooms are very small, breakfast is ok. overall a very average stay for the cost given.

    1. The breakfast menu is the same every day. 2. The room is not cleaned every day. 3. Parking is not available at the hotel; it is located on the next street. 4. The ac is working very slowly. 5. Most of the time, there is a dirty smell in the bathroom. If anyone is using the bathroom near the room, we get a smell.

    Bed sheets were not fresh, dust bin was broken and had to lift with our own hands, very compact rooms: guy in reception with less communication etiquettes. The only humble person was the watch man. I would just say an average place to stay.

    They are not allowing early check-in allowing only after 11 am - even we put a request along with booking. People are suffering- even rooms are vacant they are not allowing to refresh - people are coming with children and families very very bad experience daily security guard, serving breakfast in cafeteria when i ask there is no staff so after his night duty, he is serving the breakfast overall rating 2 out of 5
